At Be Well Nutrition and Counseling, we endorse a non-diet approach, believing that with mindful eating all foods can be allowed and enjoyed.
It is our mission to support a peaceful relationship with food for each individual, while acknowledging that what works for one person might look different from what works for another.

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Even though I am a dietitian, I actually don't like the word "diet", it has come to mean something negative in our culture, that usually means missing out on things you love. It is so important to have a peaceful and healthy relationship with food that is sustainable and flexible and unique to each individual.
Why should our clients choose you?
