Sam and his team take a very hands on approach to their weight loss and exercise programs. Their food is outstanding and is very consistent week in and week out. I have been using his services for a while and can’t recommend them enough! Food quality is very high and the prices are affordable. Sam has been my trainer for over 15 years and I watched him create the personal total transformational system he dreamed about as a young trainer while working for a large gym when I first met him. He always expressed to me his passion for the overweight or obese person who often feels defeated and could never imagine themselves at their ideal weight and top physical condition. He is compassionate and sensitive to the shame and hopelessness such people often feel and the defeatist narrative recordings that often repeat on auto play in their minds. Through Sam’s well thought out system of resistance training to optimize cellular energy production and metabolism, and a personalized diet regimen that facilitates the process, he has many success stories for people who thought they could never have hope of becoming the person they would want to be. I personally lost 35 lbs. over aw12 week period, achieving my ideal weight, following Sam’s individualized physical coaching workouts and dietary regimen. I have seen him take an obese woman to the point of winning a body building competition. For those who are despondent and stuck in a rut of negative thoughts, particularly if you are obese and feel hopeless, working with Sam will allow your ideal self to flourish, evolve and manifest into your imagined ideal self. I worked with Sam for a while when I was new to lifting with little to no knowledge. He helped me tremendously, made me feel confident and good about myself , was extremely encouraging and supportive, and taught me a lot about lifting and diet. My wife and I have been working with Be the Change for almost a year now, I've lost 40lbs and 4 inches off my waste.

I have regained strength in my shoulder after a surgey 3 years ago. I am almost 100% and I thought it would bother me for the rest of my life. Nope.

Meal plans can be purchased which I would suggest to start. It will give you a good idea what eating healthy looks like. I actually ate more food than normal and lost weight.

My trainer Sam is very precise and knows exactly what he is talking about. He will get you their accordingly but YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW HIS PLAN to be exact other wise you won’t see changes in your body. I focus from all angles for my weight loss transformation clients it’s not just one thing which your average trainer will provide but rather a combination thus cultivating a healthy fit lifestyle. I believe in accountability, structure and positive encouragement. It’s more about focusing on what you’re getting from the health and fitness as opposed to what you’re losing i.e. (donuts and chocolate cake) I believe in Pull motivation, basically something that drives you towards it as opposed to push which is forcing you to do something that you don’t want to do.  You have to focus on what you’re getting as opposed to what you’re losing. With that being said anything Worth having in life there to be at some level a sacrifice. U

The separator of what makes someone successful at anything is doing the practice on the days that you don’t feel like doing it. If we only worked out when we feel like it it would probably be once or twice a month. The accountability of a personal trainer helps significantly with this. With this being said giving you the know how of how to do it the right way of basically working smarter as opposed to harder. We want to maximize your results and cut back on the time invested in your fitness so you have time for your other endeavors.

Two things one I genuinely like helping people and two I love the gym myself as a competitive bodybuilder informer powerlifter I find that Fitness has helped me in so many ways. It is my safe place when going to the gym. I want to share the same passion I have for fitness with all of my clients. 

As a fitness professional working in the fitness industry for 15 years I felt drawn to start my own business three years ago I wanted to do things the way that I truly believed as opposed to drinking the corporate Kool-Aid and trying to make sales that boost revenue. I have this belief that if you provide an extremely excellent service have integrity and simply care about people the money you make will resemble the worth that you’re providing I believe in my service I also believe that I’m the best out there. 

I’m the guy that will get you the results that you want I don’t believe in 1 foot in and 1 foot out anything that you’ve ever truly been successful you’ve immersed yourself into and made a drastic change be that getting a college degree or learning a foreign language or anything else that requires focus and time.

I do not provide services online. I believe the industry of fitness is going the way of the least interaction possible. I believe in full engagement with my clients, your average trainer will have 40 clients I have 10 but the clients that I do have are successful i make sure of it. I give them all of my attention.

I sanitize my studio gym every day. I also ask any client with symptoms to stay home until they are tested.
