Brian and his team are creative, knowledgable, funny (not that it matters, but it definitely helps), professional, flexible and they listen. They truly listen. There's no talking over you, or trying to tell you what you want, disregarding ideas they may not agree with or making you feel silly for asking about something. I can't say enough good things about them in the few months I was engaged with them- I should add they are patient as well. They came out to the house we were looking to purchase several times to ensure we could actually make the renovations we wanted. They helped us with prioritizing and worked with us on cost. Ultimately we did not purchase the house due to an inspection report that surprised everyone, and therefore we did not see the renovations through. We recently used BCA's Services during our home reno and couldn't be more pleased. Brian was eager to work, always had good questions, was willing to be onsite both at the home and vendor locations, and was just pleasant to work with.
