House Cleaning
I contacted the services of BC Cleaning and spoke with Brenda. She was due to come to my house and clean on today at 12:00.
It is now 1:19, I called her as well as texted her and she left me waiting. I certainly don’t think anyone should be left waiting after confirming an appointment 20 minutes earlier. I would not use these services even if they were free. Seems they do not have any word you can count on.
Quiet frankly I had to give one star because it’s part of the reviewing but I would give none if possible.

The company has 3 years old. And we are grateful for this!
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We always bring our supplies and equipment. If the customers need us to use other products for any reason they need to provide.
What do you love most about your job?
It's not just about letting the house clean. It's about to provide to that family a clear and comfortable place for they can make their memories!
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I started the company was just me knocking door from door offering my clean and organizational services. To make money doing something that I'm really good! But the customers start to indicate my services and company grew. Now we are a time of 10. Ten lifes that has been a change, and keeps changing the others life for better!

We always try to follow this method and it has worked until today!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are always using gloves and masks
We are only using paper towels
And also every other week we are doing a COVID TEST
Regular Cleaning
-Floors are swept, cleaned, and mopped
-Carpets and rugs are vacuumed
-Surfaces (including fixtures and appliances) are wiped for dust
-Mirrors and windows wiped down
-Everything in the shower/bathroom is cleaned and disinfected
-Everything is the kitchen is cleaned including cooktops and appliances
-Remove and prevent bacteria growth (e.g. mold, mildew, etc.)
-Doors and window frames are cleaned
-Vents dusted
-Trash is taken out
-Beds are made
-Cobwebs removed
