One thing we've learned throughout the last 8 years is one size does not fit all. Everyone's body needs different things and everyone starts in a different place. Because of this, every single one of our clients has their own personalized program suited to their needs, goals, and abilities.

Need to lose weight? We’ll create a nutrition plan and cardio-based routine perfect for your age, ability and fitness level.
Suffering from lower back pain? We have core-building exercises that strengthen core muscles and eliminate lower back pain for good.

Senior Fitness Programs
Following an intake assessment and medical history, your trainer will review your goals and skill level to create a customized workout. As you work out in each session, your trainer will lead you through a series of exercises, coaching you on the proper techniques to maximize results and avoid injury. You will enjoy building a one-on-one relationship that includes not just exercise, but nutrition education, camaraderie and accountability. Personal training and Small Group Fitness options are available.

You’ll enjoy:

Senior fitness programs are available in Springfield with 45 or 60-minute sessions. All sessions have in-person and virtual availability.

As withPersonal Training, your trainer will provide personalized attention to each member of the group to assist with proper form and injury prevention. We lead and monitor each group session to ensure a robust workout for all, while at the same time building accountability and community.
