Waiter was super cool and attentive. Food was very good. Atmosphere was overall friendly and inviting. Prices were very reasonable. Seems like a good hangout.

Night and day difference from from Fred P. Otts!!!! Great bar and grill with awesome food!!! Great service and staff!! "Krystal" recommend the fish tacos and they were best I've had since Florida!

Food and service is great! Not your typical ‘chain’ which is great. If you like fried pickles or jalapeño poppers (not your typical deep fried! ) you can’t go wrong. Also tried the street tacos and fish tacos...I could go on and on...nice crowd and friendly atmosphere. Give it a try! More...

I had a wonderful experience at BB’s Bar and Grill in Springhill, KS. They have items marked gluten sensitive but you can also request substitutions and add a gluten free bun for $2. The Mediterranean pasta dish is completely gluten free if u sub the pasta and eliminate the bread. Unfortunately the fries are cooked in the same fryer as gluten items. The manager came out who has celiac and told me what modifications I could make to be gluten free for other non-marked items. I requested Find me GF app to add this to their list. More...

Super Pleasantly Surprised! First time in on a Monday night and our waiter reminded us that it was Burger night. There are many kinds to choose from and we got a Mushroom/Swiss and a Blue Cheese. Both were HUGE and super good. We ordered medium rare and they came nice and pink inside (we live dangerously, but we're old, so what the hell). The fries were fresh made and the onion rings were delicious, crispy on the outside, NOT greasy. All in all we will be back. So glad we stopped in tonight to try this place out. More...

I love the environment, good and overall happy feeling I get from BB's Grill. I frequent the establish often because of the great service I receive. Two of the best assets your restaurant has to offer are Gary and Crystal. Both of them are prompt, friendly, professional, excellent at their jobs and friendly to each face that walks in the door. If it weren't for them I would go less. However there is a manager named Bree that I've never met that rubbed me the wrong way. I've never been dismissed and treated so rudely by a staff member anywhere as I was the only time I had the unfortunate experience of trying to talk to her. In my opinion she is not manager material and should not be working with or around people. She was very short and unprofessional when I tried to interact with her. I do hope your restaurant continues to succeed and that the concern I mentioned receives the attention it needs. The updated menu is pretty good. The steak street tacos are a favorite and so are the spicy BBQ wings. We are there most Friday's after work for happy hour and the staff knows we like a booth and Justine is a great server who makes us laugh. We would like to see daily specials change by the season. July is a big salmon month, chili would be great for fall. Football Sundays with beer specials and apps would be nice. Menu changes- Cuban Sandwich and spicy buffalo pork tenderloin sandwich would be good. Just a couple suggestions to the owner. More...
