I'm giving 5 stars to Bayberries and to Donna specifically! I called requesting a flowering plant that could arrive in a planter/basket and later, be transplanted to last for years to come. She was so helpful and even suggested that she could go to the local nursery and pick out the plants herself to make sure that my friend and her elderly mother would receive just the right plants.Amazing! In this day and age, to offer to go out of her way, and personally shop for me...just a caller from another state. She could have easily just said that they did not have what I needed and passed me on to someone else. She was kind, honest, and really knocked it out of the park on delivering two beautiful flowering plants to my friend. I have received pictures and heartfelt thanks from my friend.
