Why? For various important reasons I might add..The level of
professionalism and courteous service you receive as a customer when dealing with Baya Bakes, I think that speaks volume. It’s really hard to get all of the above mentioned in one package now a days. What do I mean by that? I’ve dealt with ordering from other businesses who may have had beautiful decorated cakes, yet the cake itself wasn’t too good not to mention customer service sucked, dealt with rude people. So yeah ,to me, Baya Bakes is such a breath of fresh air. Very good customer service accompanied with deliciously decorated custom made cakes, can’t ask for more. 😊

For my baby girls first birthday I was looking for a specific design that I couldn't find online. I told the sweet owner what I wanted on the cake but to let her creativity flow and to go with her instincts. I was so amazed and so happy to see what she had done! I still smile thinking about my babies first birthday and how special it was, the cake was a big part of that. I will always use this bakery and wish I could try all those extra goodies they sell just on the regular. The cake was such high quality and sooo delicious. I started Baya Bakes to provide an experience for all to have custom orders at affordable rates, especially for children cakes.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I wear a mask while baking and decorating. Gloves, sanitizer and all applicable PPE is available when preparing order.
