Witnessing the change in an individual when working out stops being something they feel they HAVE to do, and it becomes something they GET to do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It allows me to actually be a trainer, instead of being a sells rep.

Yes, I prefer in person training because it allows me to correct my clients form before an injury can take place but when I train online I typically use Zoom.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I'm am personally fully vaccinated, all sessions or 1-on-1 and and all equipment is sanitized before & after every session.

On-Line 1-on-1 Training via Zoom Meetings
Since the start of this initial “Work from Home” order I have been creating workouts for all my clients to do in the comforts of their home(s).
However, with this new “Stay at Home” order I have decided to extend my services to anyone seeking a professional trainer with on-line experience.
I felt this was the least I could do to support my community, I’m driven to share my passion for fitness during a time when we are pretty much being forced to be couch potatoes.
Due to the economic crisis many are facing I have also reduced my price point to be reasonable for all.
$15/session
