Worst experience at Bawarchi Tampa today. Reached the restaurant at 7:00 pm, placed order for starters and and food right-away. Even after waiting for 30mins, when there is no sign of food we asked the waiter for our starters, and got the most unexpected answer- ‘Actually, the chefs are new and are busy preparing the takeaway orders’. As if the people sitting in their restaurant have no better work than to sit and wait patiently for their “Super hygienic food”. And then after 40mins they bring the one part of the 4 main course dishes. Instead of the starters. Still, we the party of 4 preferred to share and start with atleast whatever we got. Then after 10 mins they bring us Chole-Bhature and excitedly when we started to eat, one of us observes a Chicken/ Beef piece in our VEGETERIAN CHOLE BHATURE. On calling the waiter and complaining for it, he again tells us the same ‘Chefs are new’. How does that matter whether they are new If they don’t know being an Indian what is veg. Writing this review while I’m still here in the restaurant. I’ve ordered Hyderabad Dum Biryani along with few other dishes. To start with the rice was like warm and when I took the chicken price out of the bowl it is stinky and smelling rotten. It is so disgustingly meddling that my kids doesn’t feel like eating anything else. When complained to people here, we were told it has less masala so it is smelling like that. Absolutely no courtesy towards the customer nor willingness to accept the mistake and gaining customers confidence. This is not a place if you wanna eat fresh food! More...
