What’s your signature dish?
Beef Brisket! It's the most challenging of the BBQ meats. Once you figure it out there is nothing that can beat it. In Texas they say "Brisket is King."
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I like offering at least two complimentary meats for an event. Think "Ribs and Chicken" (classic backyard BBQ) or "Brisket and Turkey" (Texas Theme).
What do you love most about your job?
The endless conversations and discussions about BBQ with clients and guests!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I'm a native Texan and needed a hobby that connected with my upbringing. That turned to a passion.
