I was very impressed with this company at every stage of my interaction with them. I received a response to my request for a quote on a Sunday night in less than an hour and that was followed by clear and excellent communication of everything I needed to know. The quote was reasonable and they stuck to it. I also discovered that they actually sell media equipment and they were willing to match the lowest Black Friday price I could find on everything. The things I wanted were all in stock so they were able to install them almost immediately. The entire process was very professional. I appreciated the separate Bat City TV portal link, where everything is laid out in a user-friendly menu. You can also pay online -- with a credit card if you choose (many small businesses you use for home improvement do not). Zach arrived in a very timely fashion -- with a 45-minute notice. Can't say enough great things about Bat City TV -- an absolute pleasure to work with! Needed to mount 2 TVs. I am so happy that I used Bat City TV to come and hang my TV! Zach and Scott were very professional, had good attitudes, and were very helpful. After taping the wall, they were so professional that they allowed me to sit comfortably in my recliner to ensure that is where I wanted the TV placed. Once they opened the box with the new TV, they informed/showed me it was cracked straight across! They were nice enough to come with me to Walmart to swap the TV for a replacement one (which took us nearly an hour to complete), asked the salesman if it was ok to open and plug up before leaving the store, just to ensure this one wasn't cracked also. We got home, they finished the work promptly, and took time out to show me how to pull it from the wall and tilt it. This was going above and beyond the call of duty for me! In a world where folks do not take Customer Service seriously anymore, this showed me that there are still some courteous people in the world. Should I ever need any other TVs put up in other rooms in my household, I would definitely call these guys again and will pass their name on to friends and family! Scott and Zach from Bat City TV just left my house after raising my TV and installing some speakers for me. This is the second time they have helped me (I'm slightly disabled) and they were wonderful. Everything works and looks great! I will, 100%, be using them again when I'm ready to install some in-ceiling speakers. Adam mounted a 55" TV onto my brick fireplace. I was skeptical that it would hold until Adam lifted himself onto it to show it was secure! That's above and beyond. The work was clean and FAST. Allen--the owner--immediately answered my inquiry on a Saturday night. He came out the next morning exactly at the time he promised. He proceeded to efficiently to hang my new TV and then moved the old one to a bedroom and installed it in short order. Very friendly and professional. Can't recommend Bat City TV enough. Best service provider I've hired in a long time! UPDATE--So I had Bat City back out to do some additional work. This time they sold me a 4K/8K HDR A/V receiver and hooked it up to my speaker system and new OLED TV and then helped me set everything up with my 4K HDR devices. I was looking for someone to hang my 65" TV on our living room wall, and wanted a clean, professional look without seeing any wires hanging. I preferred the wires to be hidden inside the wall. After searching online, I found Bat City TV, which had plenty of good reviews, so I gave them a call. I talked to Adam, who was very friendly and informative, and decided to hire them. Clients should choose me because I have been mounting TVs in the Austin area for almost 11 years. I have mounted over 5,000 TVs and have seen every scenario there is. I am quick and efficient but I have an eye for details. A lot of people can mount a TV, but managing wires, connecting to other components, and leaving your home with a functioning setup that also looks great is our goal. You get the total package!
