Our dog Lucky has seizures that are frequently brought on by excitement, especially when he plays with other dogs. The staff was so attentive and took excellent care of our boy. They called me whenever he had a seizure and let me know how he was doing. They administered his medications twice a day. My dog Dutch has been boarded here twice! The first time I teared because before I left, he was alrrady outside playing with other dogs and was so happy! The staff is caring, and exhibits a high amount of skills in dealing with a variety of pets. The spa is clean inside and out, with so much ample space for pets to enjoy the outdoors in a safely guarded environment.Choosing Amanda as the person who greets us owners at the front desk is an excellent choice! Dutch could not be boarded there without the care of the special "dog whisperer", who Dutch seemed to have a special connection with!I am so grateful to all the staff for caring for Dutch while my husband was recovering from major surgery! I absolutely love this place and would recommend it to anyone looking to board their pet in an environment where the priority of pampering, caring and safety is a super awesome experience for any animal, and a treasured place for any pet owner to board their pet(s)! I love this place. I have driven an hour to board here because I think they are that good. They really get to know your dog and they do get lots of play time vs other places I have been where they just keep them in cages most of the day with a few walks. Lots of play yards. When we travel it is sometimes hard to find a good daycare for my service dog. Bass allows Lucy to enjoy her vacation every day as much as we do and when we pick her up she is happy and exhausted. I am a very firm believer that even as a working dog she is entitled to her down time also. Her biggest job is over night to make sure I am ok from a medical condition.
