I like Basin CrossFit for the high standard they help you hold to your self. The color system is great for new people to gym and working out. They give you the tools to better yourself at your own level not theirs, and the coaches and people help you get better and better. its a great family feel in the gym, and everyone makes you feel welcome. The coaches are amazing with not only helping you improve your physical strength, but your mental strength as well and are always there to give you that encouragement to keep going when you feel like you've hit a wall.
