As a musician my dog is also somewhat of a local celebrity, he's been in photo shoots, his pic has appeared several times in local media (I think he's more well known than me). .. He always needs to look the part of the little rocker he is, after all, his name is Ozzy Pawsbourne Prince of Barkness. After trying several other groomers we finally found the one that fits the bill for our somewhat unusual lifestyle and needs... Basic Dog! The staff there is awesome, they work with you to satisfy your pet's needs and looks, extremely dedicated people who really care about and for your pets, you can tell they love what they do and Ozzy loves going there too! Sarah is a very compassionate and excellent trainer. She puts your dog in classes with different levels of trained dogs. This actually makes your dog better able to handle different settings in the real world. I sometimes felt like we repeated some commands too much, however I realized that this actually made my dog better rounded. I'm extremely impressed with her techniques and how my dog Ava has grown because of her classes. I highly recommend starting your puppy with her Socialization class and continuing on with her other classes. More...
