We booked our wedding with Barn Swallow back in March 2019. We have not yet had our wedding, but we already HIGHLY RECOMMEND them, especially if you are looking for a rustic barn wedding. The barn itself is breath taking. It is beautiful red, with gorgeous string lights. Pictures do not even do it justice. Another reason we recommend Barn Swallow is all because of Kim the owner. The day we booked them, we were up until 10pm, emailing back and forth with Kim who was more than patient answering all of our questions. Still to this day, throughout all the planning, she answers all of our questions (size of tables, how many chairs, etc...) right away! She is the best and more than attentive! Not to mention how she said "do not buy any decorations until you send me a picture. I have so many and you can use them without having to buy them". I feel like we adopted another family who is so caring about this process. It is obvious how passionate she is about her line of work, weddings, and that beautiful barn. Barn Swallow Farm is AMAZING! We fell in love with it the moment we saw it. It was the only venue we looked at and we knew it was the one. We were married on June 8th, 2019. I’m so happy with our choice to get married at Barn Swallow. Kim was so helpful every step of the way, she is very experienced and every time I was having trouble with something during planning she was there with recommendations on how to make the day go smooth and make sure my guests had a great time. This is really a family operation, and during the time leading up the wedding and the day of, they make you feel like you’re a part of the family as well. We had our ceremony by the stream, cocktail hour in the wagon shed, and reception in the barn and my guests loved every part of it. I would recommend this venue to everyone. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about anything. Thank you to the Nappa family at Barn Swallow for making my wedding everything I could have dreamed of and more. Editing to add one other thing- they have a whole ton of decorations that are available to use, we didn’t have to purchase any or do any DIY signs or anything. Rob, Kim, their family, and squad have the the most perfect wedding venue. They made our dreams come true and absolutely exceeded the vision for our big day. Barn Swallow Farm is a magical place to have any event, really. They are so organized, generous, and helpful - it was truly an honor to work with them. The stream side ceremony, cocktail hour under the shed, and reception in the barn made for a pristine wedding day. BSF has a dream team of vendors to work with, as well. We booked the Barn Swallow Farm at the end of 2017 for our September 2018 Wedding. (FYI book early since this is a very popular venue and your desired day may already be booked) When Wedding time came around there had been several upgrades to the venue such as new bathrooms, Groomsmen's suite, new paving, etc. We were comfortable booking before these and they were just a bonus! Kim and staff are so helpful and friendly. Very hands on to ensure your event goes just as planned. If there was one thing I could say looking back...maybe we should not have booked SUCH a nice venue since all of our guests were so impressed and just kept asking and asking all night how we found the Barn Swallow Farm!!! Barn Swallow Farm is the venue I have always dreamt of when I imagined my wedding day. I was so blown away that we never looked at another venue after we visited Barn Swallow Farm. It is absolutely beautiful, and will actually take your breath away! The moment I walked in to the barn during our first visit Kim and Rob instantly made me feel like family. They have done absolutely everything to make the big day go perfectly and run smoothly for Andrew and I. Words will never be able to describe how thankful I am for Kim, Rob, Gaby and Madi... it really does feel like we are all family. If I could I would give 10 stars! Our wedding on August 4, was beyond anything my husband and I could have wanted. Working with Kim and her family was the greatest experience. During the planning process I was able to go to the venue and talk to Kim and she was always able to ease my mind. The day of the wedding had an unexpected rain shower 5 minutes before our ceremony and Kim and Renee were great in helping us get through that and still have our ceremony outside. I wish I could give them ten stars! I don’t have words to explain what it’s been like working with all the Napa’s. I love them all! I know I have gained people that I want to Lee in my life forever. Kim goes above and beyond to make sure you have the perfect day. She kept me calm and even reached out to all my vendors. We looked at three barns for our wedding venue and instantly could not imagine getting married anywhere other than barn swallow even if that meant waiting! Rob is one of the hardest working people I know. He will do and fix anything to make sure your day is perfect Gaby has experience with wedding dresses! After looking at many venues, when we found Barn Swallow I put a deposit down that night. The barn has a beautiful rustic vibe, but with all the modern amenities you’d want in a reception venue. The creek side ceremony site is so picaresque, and I loved that the grain shed serves as a covered outdoor back up plan if it rains, and also as the perfect location for cocktail hour. The owners truly make you feel like family and go above and beyond to make your big day perfect. I had made so many decorations and had a very specific color scheme, and they were so helpful in assuring everything fit with my vision. She even planted flowers at the ceremony site in our colors and ran to the store to get dessert plates the night of since we had forgotten them!
