BARMASTERS Mobile Bartending

Do not use this company!
I booked them over a month before my event. I checked in with them the morning of my event and everything was fine. About 2 hours before my event I received a text that my assigned Bartender had car trouble and they were working on a solution. An hour later I texted them to see that it was resolved and received a text that they were unable to take care of it and were issuing me a refund.
An hour and 20 minutes before my event they let me know (only after I contacted them) that they were not fulfilling their contract and I would not have a bartender at my event.
Keep in mind I was supplying the alcohol, ice, coolers and large buckets. The bartender was only supplying equipment that would easily fit in a backpack. In this day and age of readily available lyft and uber options, the excuse of "car trouble" is pathetic.
Since my company does not allow alcohol to be served at an event without a bonded and licensed bartender, I was left with hundreds of dollars worth of alcohol and embarrassment in front of my clients.
The most frustrating piece is that they couldn't even apologize to me for canceling on me at the very last minute. I don't feel this is a well run company and would never recommend them. More...

This company literally charges customers hundreds of dollars and pays out the actual bartenders 50 dollars .. They let the customers choose to not add a tip or gratuity on services without asking if there is a potential for tips or gratuity. .. so people work hours with no tips no gratuity nothing and they keep the extra money . I informed them the customer thought the tip was included in the 450 dollars charge and they kept it minus the 45 dollars for pay 20 dollars I had to spend on supplies and 5 for parking . And told me I should have put a tip jar at a private corporate work event where people were on a conference and had no personal items . They were nasty rude and very unprofessional. If your going to use people and take of advantage then just say that upfront . The guy Dylon cursed at me multiple times and literally kept trying to say you should have had a tip jar. And I explained with or with out one the setting wasn't set up like that nor were the amount of people quoted maybe a handful of people so myself and the other bartender worked for hours loaded and unloading , driving around and giving great customer service to be shafted in the end . He has no clue how to do real hiring for private events . He sent pictures of how much was charged to customer and literally I got 50 dollars and he got 400. He never explained anything never told me anything like we couldn't or wouldn't make tips . If he would have did his job and asked what kind of event this was or ever worked these types of events he would have known. We didn't make a single dollar which we didn't expect to we expected DYLON to tip us from the 450 dollars he pocketed. I spent money on tools to work stove around from store to store to get ice and other supplies never got reimbursed. He mailed things to my house without my permission , after he told me he was mailing stuff I took off to receive items . Dylon is literally taking advantage of customers and peoples crafts . So to the reviews that says he randomly hires people . HE DOES NEVER INTERVIEWED NEVER SPOKE WITH A ACTUAL LIVE PERSON I RANDOMLY RECEIVED A TEXT ABOUT A JOB . Every day I think back to my experience with Barmasters and surprise myself how awful they are. They will take your money, provide terrible service, agree to a refund, then ghost you until you sue them or dispute the charge. This was my experience. Just so you can tell what I mean by terrible service I’ll give a few examples: 1. When guests asked for a Miller lite and the bartenders responded with “what kind” This wasn’t isolated. Ordering a beer or seltzer was a surprise every time on what you would get, usually not what you ordered. We had high noon and a few very common beer options that they had apparently never heard of and were unable to read the labels. 2. The bartenders did not know how to make a gin and tonic, rum and coke, etc. I know that is so laughable but it’s true. 3. They served cocktails in shot glasses. 4. They opened every bottle of wine we had to ‘prepare’ which meant they wasted the extra 10 bottles of wine we had. Hopefully you get the picture that the “bartenders” were not vetted and most likely never entered a bar. Dylan agreed to a full refund then ghosted us. The only contact we’ve had since is when he sent a pathetic text asking why we were bad mouthing his business because we reported Dylan and his business to the BBB. Keep in mind this is after we tried to contact them numerous times and gave him the chance to make it right for 3 months. I hope Dylan doesn’t block this review some how so you avoid this business. They provided such amazing service during our wedding! We were very happy the team was on time and ready to go right away! We received awesome feedback from our guests on how attentive and responsive the bar crew was, and how speedy they were as well in crafting our specialty drinks! The drinks presentation was flawless as well!We’d like to thank Dylan and Brian, as well as the other various team members that worked our wedding. The young lady bartenders that were sent to us were the absolute best. So very charming, funny and did their job well. I would not use any other company that Barmasters.
