What’s your signature dish?
Everyone asks for our macaroni & cheese, it is quite extravagant with aged Parmigiano-Reggiano & Gruyère cheeses.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We do not offer canned menus that force you into chicken and something else. You choose the menu.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Feeding people I've found to have more joy than the engineering job I've been doing for 30 years.

We can cook remotely, or at your site. That is entirely up to you, but if you want to wow the crowd with a whole hog, it won't have the same effect if it is cooked remotely.
