This food truck is amazing. Very clean, very friendly and very fast. I got a rack of ribs, they were to die for. Literally fell off the bone. and the finishing char they do with the seasoning is outstanding. The BBQ sauce is a very nice vinegar style with just enough tang. I had barbecue babes for the first time today and was so impressed. I will definitely be back.. often . We had smoke house Mac n cheese with brisket, a brisket burrito and the jalapeños and everything was amazing, SO good. Also it was done so fast and the lady who took our order was very friendly. For 16$ a plate I’m highly disappointed. The brisket is watery, soggy & flavorless and was such a tiny amount. The baked beans are overcooked bushes baked beans. & a soggy Hawaiian roll.........

Tried Barbecue Babes for the first time today. They freaking NAILED it. Portion was just right, not so much you hate yourself after, not so little youre left hungry. I LOVE brisket which makes me both picky and super appreciative of the good stuff. Brisket Mac and Cheese Don't mind if I do. 5 stars from the little one as well. She actually only ate the meat which is weird for her, as she feels the way about Mac and Cheese that I do about Brisket but was happily full by the time she hit the mac You won't be disappointed More...

We can come to your business or work place and accommodate your staff for lunch or dinner. We have a full menu available including specialty items like bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers or smokehouse Mac-n-cheese or high protein salads. Fast friendly service with individual portions helping us stay socially distant.
Delivery/Pick Up
We offer delivery and pick up service for parties for 20 or more with 72 hours notice.
This helps us plan your foods place in the smoker to insure quality and freshness. Pick up service is always available during business hours. Call up to 24 hours ahead to reserve your order.
