As a person who doesn't even like BBQ... this place might change me into a lover of it if it were in my city! Delicious! I had the two meat combo, and the pulled pork and brisket were great. I loved that I could choose fried pickles as my side too. The portions were generous. The staff was super friendly, and judging on how one employee kept checking on an older couple and clearly had an ongoing relationship with them, they love their regulars. I am very picky about bbq. This was some of the best I've ever had. The pulled pork was amazing and melted in my mouth. I loved the hot bbq sauce. it was spicy enough to make my tongue tingle a little yet still retained a bbq sauce flavor. That seems to be a rare thing from my experience. More...

This *particular* location has always been great in my experience. The food is always fresh and I think you get a lot of it for the price. You actually get a decent amount of your side(s) here, not a tiny ass scoop like at other BBQ places. Friendly service every time, too. First time and the entire staff greeted me with a warm and friendly welcome like I was a regular. The young lady recommended the sampler platter #2. I ordered ribs wet, pulled pork, stuffing with gravy, fries, and a cornbread cake(also known as a Johnny cake). Needless to say the before and afterPics tell the whole story. Everything was very good. The ribs were meaty and juicy. The pulled pork was delicious, the stuffing was delicious and so was everything else.I would eat here at least twice a week if I could.Today, I ordered the sampler platter. Ribs,pulled pork, and grilled chicken, with a loaded baked potato and cornbread and coleslaw. All I can say is that thermal was the best I've ever had. A real quality meal. Everything was done to perfection. If you really want to know how it was, you need to try it for yourself. For all you bbque experts, keep going because this food is so good, you'll find an issue with it. Go on to your fancy over priced, over smoked, bbque smoke house. We cater in Bar B Cutie at least once a week at my job! Our lunch count is large and it is frequently changing. The staff at Bar B Cutie is always flexible, helpful and professional. They manage to find our facility (not an easy task) and they always come a little head of schedule. On top of all of that, the food is amazing!! I just moved to the area from Texas and I've had some pretty yummy barbeque in my time. Bar B Cutie is definitely at the top of the list. Dude.. the large potato is an normal size baker x3. Just an FYI. I have one with everything and brisket which is SO tender. A little on the fatty side in spots though. My husband had the ribs which he was not a fan of. Although they were tender and not dried out they were unbelievably Smokey. We are originally from KC so we are picky about our BBQ but when my husband says they have too much smoke, they definitely have too much smoke!We did a drive thru for those items but recently ate in and they are so friendly, bring the food to you and clear your table. Went there on Labor Day. Was there from out of town. Glad they were open. I wanted BBQ from the south and that's what I got. The food was very good. One of the things I noticed was the soda fountain was not watered down. Most places any more have adjusted the syrup on the soda fountain down so that you are just getting a lot of soda water. They treated us very well. It was good to be in Franklin, Tennessee, and have great BBQ and listen to the other guests speak in the souther draw. Thanks to all for making us feel welcome! More...
