I've had lunch here a few times and have been very happy with the consistently high quality of the food. There are two types of Brisket (I like the Bandera Brisket most) and they trim it properly for those who are BBQ fanatics. The pork is very good (tastes amazing with the sweet house sauce), I love the smoked turkey too. I prefer the garlic buttered toast, potato salad, and creamed corn sides most. The line for the food moves quickly and the staff is very pleasant (they usually check to make sure everything is tasting right and I have what I need a couple of times in a visit). The value is very good, I recommend the sampler to anyone that hasn't been there as you get 4 meats, breads and sides. It has been a relaxing and enjoyable experience to eat there for me. I'm a big eater who enjoys larger portions in meals when I get to eat and have found the 2 meat dish is more than plenty for me. I feel that the quality of food and the quantity of the portions greatly outweigh the cost, making it a great value. More...

Drove by and saw this place and decided to try it. It was really good! My husband and I got the 2 meat plate. We tried both kinds of brisket, Turkey and pork. It was all good. Bandera came to our Grand Opening for work and I must start by saying that Bryan was quick to contact me back and was great about making sure our schedule worked out. He came two days before just to confirm he had space for his huge trailer! When he arrived we could smell it right away, the smell was amazing but the food was even better. He did the food truck for 100 people and everyone loved it. He and his wife were so incredibly nice. I don't have enough good things to say about them. The food was amazing! If you want good Texas BBQ in Utah, this is the place. They are awesome people too. They served hundreds of people who were evacuated from their homes due to the Bald Mountain and Pile Creek fires! I highly recommend.

Tried Bandera Brisket for the first time last night at the Movie in the Park in West Point. Ribs were out of this world. .. fell right off the bone, very good smoke ring and amazing rub! The Jalapeño Cheese Sausage was spicy but to die for. My mouth was on fire, but I kept eating because it tasted so good! Definitely a new fan... can't wait to take my hubby with me next time. My family just tried Bandera Brisket for the first time this week at their food truck in Springville. The brisket was the best we have ever had! Softest brisket we have ever had as well. I went out of my way to find this page just to let you know that our family loved it!!! I also don't understand why people are being so negative. We did get some fat on our brisket...but that's expected for tender brisket...and yes, it's a bit pricey (I think we paid over twenty dollars for one pound of brisket), but I still had to let you know that it was amazing! If the price was cut in half, I could be in trouble, because much of my paycheck would likely be going to you guys and I would be hanging out at your truck way too often! (hee,hee). More...
