Chuck is a terrific guy- upbeat, kind, energetic, professional at all times. He was knowledgeable in terms of our initial needs and he delivered exactly what he said he would with our initial website design. At the start of our relationship with Chuck, we knew nothing and he patiently and effectively trained us to manage many sections of our website. As time went on, additions or changes to the site sometimes took longer than we anticipated. A few work-related items fell through the cracks and there were a few things that Chuck had said he was getting up to speed on (i.e. GPPR) and about which he would be bringing info to us but never did.
