What do you love most about your job?
Being able to watch people grow as they work on being the best version of themselves possible. For me, It has always been about making a difference.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having been at a point in my career where I was so burned out and ineffective in my role as a Critical Care RN, I left bedside nursing only to find that I was still burned out and miserable. I gave so much of myself, I lost myself. It was thru many years of growth and work on "me" to find that I have so much more to offer and so much life to live.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have personally experienced the lows of having to give so much of myself that I lost myself in the process. I know how healers think, I understand what is important, ironic, humorous, disappointing and even the many emotional ups and downs that can happen thru the course of "a day in the life" of a health provider. I also understand the many reasons we beat ourselves up over and over again. I have also experienced the work of clawing and scratching my way back to Me and My Potential. It isn't easy, I get it, but I can help.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Fortunately, Life Coaching thru balanced Intentions has been quite successful utilizing remote methods such as Zoom to work with clients. COVID-19 has had little effect on how I do my sessions but it has had dramatic impacts on Healthcare workers and their families. Life Coaching has become so very important to many during these times. I have expanded my availability to allow for later hours to meet virtually.
Individual Life Coaching Session via phone - 55 min
— A personal coaching session completed over the telephone allowing you the space and comfort needed for your transitions.
Initial Consult - 30 min
— A personal intro session to allow you to evaluate coaching, how it works and what it can do for you. Allows you to evaluate coaching and assess if you have synergy with the coach.
Individual Life Coaching Sessions via Video Conference - 55 min
— A personal coaching session completed using a video conference provider such as Zoom or Skype.
Coaching Sessions via Office Visit
— A personal coaching session via the traditional face to face office visit for local clients.- Currently unavailable
