How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I work with you to figure out where you are at with accurate tracking of your nutriton and habits. I utilize a state of an art app that is free and included with your coaching. From there, we work towards improving your habits and making sustainable changes. Once you maintain these healthy habits, you are given a program that gets you to the next stage of fitness.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping my clients get more than what they came for. They find joy in training and eating healthier. They gain cofidence, strength, and more energy. I love helping them figure out what is working and what is not working, so that they know how to do it on their own.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I provide both online and remote services. Online only clients get access to a state of an art app where you will receive your workouts with video demonstrations, access to a food log, and you can track your sleep, steps and more.
Remote clients receive a hybrid program of both online coaching and in person training, so I can help with motivation in the gym and help you perfect your form and prevent injury.
Personal Training
In person training in your home or at your gym (must have gym membership to bring in a guest)
Workout Programming
You will get a personalized workout program each month catered to you and your goals
Nutrition Coaching
Work with your trainer to resolve your obstacles and pain points to eat healthier and to reach your fitness goals. Get feedback with your current diet and get individualized calories and macro plan.
Habit Coaching
With your trainer, you will work on habits outside of working out and diet. You will work on your water intake, total activity level, sleep and stress management.
Assisted Stretching
With your trainer, you will receive an assisted stretch. You won't be stretching, but will get stretched. Your trainer will analyze any pain points you are struggling with and provide a customized stretch. Get a 10 minute stretch at the end of your 1:1 training, or get stretched and focus on alleviating pain and injuries with your trainer's mobility program.
