What do you love most about your job?
My purpose in life is to share love and help others. I enjoy seeing them feel better so that they could function in this world in peace, joy, happiness.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my healing practice after years of being ill with Ulcerative Colitis. Medical doctors would only prescribe drugs that I never wanted to take and as a result -- I would never get better. One day, I took all the resources I knew and we came up with a natural protocol to aid in my healing. From there Balance Within was born. I learned how to shop for healthy organic foods, I trained with the best holistic doctors and certified to help others -- and I continue to learn and provide more services to help others.

I believe everyone wants to live their best life. I was given a gift to share with others. As a spirit being connected to Source - I'm a loving, patient, kind person that wishes to help others. I the credit and thanks to this Universal Source for I am only a grateful instrument.

Reiki healing and Chakra Balancing can be done remotely as well as any coaching sessions.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During these unprecedented times, it's very important to keep one another safe. I wear PPE and provide disposable sheets for the Reiki table if meeting in person. Every item is sanitized after each visit and I ask customers to also respect.
Reiki Energy Healing for Mind, Body, Spirit
Today many people are in great need of healing- relief from illnesses, past traumas, stress, and addictions. Reiki is healing energy in its truest sense for the mind, body, and spirit. The Reiki practitioner channels life energy through their hands to the recipient. This energy of activates the body’s natural ability to heal itself. The energy goes to the deepest levels of a person’s being, where illnesses have their origin. It works wherever the recipient needs it most, releasing blocked energies, cleansing the body of toxins, and working to create a state of balance.
Reiki is an energy healing practice that works holistically on the mind, body and spirit. Reiki is translated from Japanese to ‘Universal Life Force Energy.’ This purifying, high-vibration energy works on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels to rebalance the ‘life force energy within us. It brings us back to our natural state of wellness and peace. Reiki helps to reduce stress and promote healing. It actives the body’s relaxation response, helping the body to heal itself from a deep level. As a Reiki practitioner, I channel Reiki energy to you, allowing your body to work its own healing magic.
Reiki can be practiced both in person and at a distance. Distance reiki sessions are beautiful and very powerful! I use visualization and symbols to connect from afar.
During our session, I will connect with your energy and call upon your spirit guides to assist with healing. I will focus on each of your chakras, channeling energy to bring balance where it is needed. At times I may feel additional aspects of your mind, body, and spirit that may be out of balance and will channel healing energy to those areas. I may receive messages through feelings, visualization, or words that could be helpful to your healing.
After our session, I will send you a message including anything that comes up throughout the session. I will tell you which chakras needed balancing when the session began and how each felt at the end of the session.
During our session please lay down or be still. Get comfortable. Close your eyes. If you fall asleep during a session, that’s ok! It’s very common. You may feel tingling sensations or the movement of energy throughout your body. You may feel intense emotions. You could feel effects sometime after a session, or feel nothing at all. Trust that the energy is working on a spiritual level.

Chakra Balancing
Chakra balancing is the process of restoring a harmonious flow of energy across the chakra system. The effect of well-balanced chakras often translates into a feeling of balanced well-being, relaxation, centeredness, increased vitality, and embodiment of oneself. Most of us have energetic blocks and imbalances as well as energy-sabotaging habits that prevent us from accessing our full vitality, which leads us to feel exhausted, scattered, dull… even ill. Chakra Clearing and Attunements are necessary to balance the other operating systems in one's body.
Crystal Healing
Crystal healing is an alternative medical technique in which crystals and other stones are used to cure ailments and protect against disease. Proponents of this technique believe that crystals act as conduits for healing — allowing positive, healing energy to flow into the body as negative, disease-causing energy flows out.Â
During a treatment session, I may place various stones or crystals on your body (if in person) (also used in distant Reiki sessions) along with the chakra points or roughly in the regions. The stones are positioned in chosen areas for the symptoms reported by the patient or what may show through my intuition.
