My friend told me about Bakery dude 3 months ago. I keep ordering the same things, quiche, the healthy yoga bowl and their really healthy But so very delicious quinoa salad. I never wrote a review however after I have personally recommended any that lived in ATL the best bakery near GA tech and downtown ATL. I decided to let my friend know that I have added another favorite to my list. So glad I live an hour away otherwise I would eat my discretionary funds here. First time at Baker dude and I can't be more happy that I drove a very long distance to try it out. The establishment aura is quaint and satisfying. The food was so fresh. Im super happy with this order! Initially i was apprehensive due to having bad experiences with breakfast delivery from other places. The food was super securely packaged and delivered quickly. The food was really good too! The omelette was fresh and had a good helping of the filling ingredients. The avocado side was perfectly ripe too. So while on a scavenger hunt for dessert we found Baker Dude! This place is amazing they have tons of choices and the taste matches the ambiance. We opted for the snickerdoodle and key lime along with Ice cream and were we in for a real treat. The snickerdoodle cupcake is AMAZING! it is vegan, not that I relly care and it tastes like biting a cloud. The frosting is not too sweet and very delicious. I am now a snickerdoodle cupcake love over cookies. The key lime cupcake tasted like my moms key lime cake and they also have ice cream with toppings to pair with your dessert. I am obsessed with sweets and this was like cupcake heaven to me. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable about every single item. They also have tons of food choices that I can't wait to get back and try! As far as location they are hidden inside the location so you have to walk inside to find them. Parking is free and there is tons of it which is rare in ATL. They are next to a cute wine shop so you can grab a pour after you finish your treats. The fresh bread is beyond delicious. It's a pillowy, fresh, fluffy delight of yeasty superiority! Spectacular blondies, cupcakes and quiche and the owner/employees are delightful. HIDDEN GEM! This is an amazing cupcake place. Cheap but definitely worth your money! All the food was delicious, and the staff was so kind! Great addition to the neighborhood! Located inside the new Beacon complex, it's a great spot for a bite to eat, coffee or delicious baked treats! Very friendly service and locally owned. Had breakfast here on aSaturday. I was pleasantly surprised by the large food menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner (I thought it was focused on baked goods- it's so much more!). I've loved everything I've had from the Baker Dude, the staff is always friendly, parking is a breeze, and OMG The Cupcakes! !!I live very close to the Beacon, and I love having the Baker Dude in the neighborhood. The owner is incredibly friendly and even opened up early one day when he saw us browsing from outside the bakery. He's made sure the cafe is vocal about being welcoming of the LGBTQ+ community with the children's books they sell at the front and the community magazines they have on the racks.Every cupcake I've had makes me want to stop getting "just one." Come on, girl, you know you're gonna devour that one, just get some more. Seriously, I didn't know cupcakes could be this good. And there are gluten-free, paleo, and dairy-free options!The interior is always clean, pretty, casual, and usually calm, even with the TV playing near the ceiling. There are windows into the baking kitchen, so you can watch if you'd like. I typically just sit to wait on any pastry I've asked for as it gets heated up.Visiting the Baker Dude is always a treat, whether it's for a breakfast pastry or a dessert (and I haven't even tried their lunch menu things!). They're in the building that has the Mexican restaurant Patria Cocina and the grocery. After reading about this new spot in the Yelp local email blast, I decided to stop by today and pick up cupcakes for tonight's V-Day dessert. We met up with friends for Sunday brunch. Their space was slightly bigger than the crowd brunching. Through large glass windows, you see the kitchen. The day we went they were baking pies and had dough in the pie plates set out to be baked. For our brunch we had casserole and blueberry pancakes. The pancakes were large, filled with enough blueberries to be about half of the pancake. We finished with cupcakes, with flavors from Lemon to Ginger to Red Velvet.I'd suggest letting them know ahead of time when you plan to eat cupcakes there. They do an incredible presentation in a paperboard box with ribbon. Since we dined in, plates may have been sufficient.
