She got the dates mixed up after I had confirmed with her. As a result, I had no cake for my event. . She felt terrible and refunded my money, but just very disappointed.

Ordered a graduation cake and couldn’t be happier with it! The cake was beautiful and exactly as I ordered it. It tasted delicious! Nancy went the extra mile and glue dotted the cake in so it wouldn’t slide around in the travel to home. She was so easy to work with.
