The receptionist Lola was personable and accommodating. I really enjoyed Shashi, the eyelash technician, and she was thorough. Amazing brow threading! I did experience some issues within less than 24 hours as several eyelashes came out and it could be that I have difficult lashes. I initially started to go to Baire for the Groupon Laser deal, and have been so consistently impressed with their customer service and attention to detail that I continue to go for all my treatments. I want to make special note of Sashi. She is thorough, kind, and efficient. I have gotten lashes from her three times (including for my wedding!). My first time, she sensed how picky I am and walked me through all of my options patiently and with care. They looked natural and lasted for three weeks! Subsequent treatments have yielded similar results. She is also an eyebrow wizard. She has been threading eyebrows for over 20 years - and you can tell by her work. I have been getting my eyebrows done for 10 years and have never found anyone who consistently shapes my brow so well. I have never gotten so many compliments! Hands down five star rating! More...

When I tell you that Lisel is the best, I mean it. I have been going to Baire for at least 5 months now and every single time my experience is amazing. It's crazy because I look forward to my waxes because of her! She makes my appointments as enjoyable as waxing your pubic hair can be lol! I live in the neighborhood and never noticed it.  I feel like I hit the jackpot now.  This place is super clean and the staff is super welcoming and friendly. Baire is great. The staff is very friendly and polite and the salon is always spotless. I have been three times and two of those times I had Andrea. Andrea is awesome. She has a  bubbly personality and will talk to you during the appointment so it goes by quickly. She has done my Brazilian twice and both times there was very minimal pain. I'm a First time customer and needed last minute eyelash extensions for an acting job. I searched Groupon and Yelp for reviews and cost-- the owner named Michelle (super lovely) held her store open past closing to accommodate my schedule. A+ for customer service! Her kindness was so welcoming as we were a hot mess racing cross town to get there in time.Service: Shasi who did the eyelash application put this cool pad under my eye. It felt like surgery LOL, my eye was not used to this feel but it was relaxing. The process was about an hour to do 75 individual lashes. I've had lashes three times before at  another salon that were silk in clusters. you could feel those. This was my only comparison and lemme RAVE HOW AWESOME this service at Baire was: the lashes are so natural looking, they are lightweight, I can't even feel them. It's truly incredible and the groupon price was a gift. I read on other reviews about tipping so I was prepared to tip the technician on the actual total of the value and not the coupon rate.The only critical comment would be that the inside of my eyes are slightly pink the morning after. This is NOT the salon, but it is bc I have very very sensitive eyes. My husband said, your eyelashes look amazing!!! But hunny are you tired?" Lol. I've been coming since June. Marina is the absolute best! I don't even like sharing her name. She's phenomenal with eyebrows and Brazilians. I have sensitive skin and have never broken out. Came here with a Groupon for a Brazilian wax and unlike many other places I was still treated with respect and care. I loved my service here! The entire staff was really professional from start to finish. I felt at ease during my whole laser back hair removal session. My results were great. I've been going to Baire for a few years now and I'm very happy with my laser hair removal results. Overtime I've been coming less and less as I only need to come in for occasional touch ups. I couldn't be more happy with my results! Rori and Adriana are my go-to specialists. They are both wonderful. I love that it's so clean and welcoming and comfortable. Michelle and owner is extremely knowledgeable and will take the time to walk you through any questions you may have. From the memberships and costs to the actual services themselves. There are so many dingy and dirty spa treatment places in the city and I love how Baire feels almost like a clinic it's so clean and not chaotic. If you're a first timer with Brazilian waves, head to Baire! I came in nervous as a pig on a roasting stick--even bumped into a chair while getting to the room! Before my appointment, I actually rescheduled so many times it was ridiculous but the staff was always patient and understanding with me. The place itself is clean and organized. I came in, got ready and the esthetician, Tee Jay (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly!), got started. She really took the time to calm me down and get me comfortable. She spoke to me the entire time and accommodated my super low pain tolerance by allowing for mini breaks. Not only that she's amazing at her job! I've had waxes in the past that were never, ever this precise and well done. She has a great eye for detail; she really got all the random hairs that like to play hide and seek and that most other estheticians wouldn't bother with. The first wax I received here was less than ideal and I was not happy with the service.  The facility is very clean but the actual service wasn't performed well.  When I communicated my dissatisfaction with Baire, the manager reached out to me promptly to understand what had gone wrong and offered a complementary wax plus additional discounts.  The second time I went I had a great experience and was very happy with the service and the outcome.  I would highly recommend this place for their waxing services and their overall great customer experience. I had very satisfying IPL results with Baire! The staff is nice and careful (most of the treatments with Taisiya who left since, and Adriana). Michelle, the manager, is very warm, accommodating and well organised. If anything hurts during the treatment (it happens if the light power is too strong) tell them immediately, they listen (of course!!) and tune the power down. It happened only once with Rori, who is always very efficient and professional, but was going too fast that one day, so it is very important to say how you feel for the best result. They run some tests on your 1st visit to make sure there is no bad reaction on your skin. I followed the frequency and # of appointements recommended, it worked out well (about 1 year to remove all hair from 1 region). IPL definitely takes more sessions than laser, but it works nicely and does not hurt, which was why I did it! The membership is worth it financially if you have a couple or more regions to treat, and makes it very easy to book anything. The deal was slightly cheaper for the 1st year I went than what they offer now, but it was totally worth it for me. Face, Arms, underarms, legs and bikini, very few fine haire grew back since the end of treatment. I need to do a couple of touch-ups a year for the chin only (it always was a bit wilder there). I was 20 minutes late - train delays *insert eye roll* and as a new customer I didn't know that I would be subject to a $50 fee (check out their late/cancellation policy). Because I was late and they were booked solid I was told I might not have time to have my hoohaw, underarms, lip, and brows waxed. So needless to say I was a little tense going in but TJ turned on some nice R&B music and got to work. Having had this done a lot, I thought she was going kind of slow, but I laid there praying I didn't have to pay $50 while she methodically removed the hair. We had a little time so I elected to have my underarms and lip waxed. She's a rockstar!!! She managed to pick up everything! It was a great experience and I will definitely be a repeat customer P.S. I have been a Baire client for over 2 years and counting - this place is the best!  Clean facility, professional and knowledgeable staff, and reasonable prices if you do the membership and go at least once/month.  Adriana is amazing -- so sweet and always does a great job, quick and (relatively) painless.
