I order a water. I order a drink. I scan the menu and then I think- Oh boy! Oh boy! What a delight! Braised short ribs for dinner? This is my night!! The waitress is kind, she scribbles our order. I'm excited to eat until I drink my water! It tasted like toilet, and I wonder out loud - is this from the bathroom The flavor's so foul! I put down my beverage to enjoy my meal, delicious it was until I started to feel a queasy feeling like never before but I ignored my stomach and ate some more! We paid our check and went to the car, I said mm! That restaurant deserves FIVE STARS! The night goes on and tired we grew, I laid down for sleep but suddenly I knew - something was wrong, oh what could this be? Nausea ensued, somethings happening to me! I puked and puked and cried why god! I didn't drink that much, this is terribly odd! I was painfully sick and my body heaved, I think I ate something that didn't agree! Fetal position became my best friend, I prayed and prayed that this pain would end. The emergency room was bright and clean, nurses and doctors were right at the scene. They said hey, how are you? Is everything okay? I said not really but I had a great day. They said what happened? Why are you here? I said I'm violently puking and the pain is severe. They said oh my, you've been poisoned tonight! I said holy fucking shit I knew it.Long story short, Bailey's was great. I enjoyed the ribs and I enjoyed the steak. Delicious BBQ! We were a large group and it was no problem accommodating us without over crowding the table. The service was good and attentive. We ordered a few different things, one was the table Buster which had a little bit of everything in the way of barbecue. The corn souffle was amazing, delicious mac and cheese. Smoked chicken was very tasty as well as to pulled pork, ribs, brisket, sausage.  The app sampler was very good as well, especially enjoyed the egg rolls.We live at the town I will definitely visit again when in the area. Delicious food, French dip was unbelievable. Nice crispy garlic bread with melted mozzarella and juicy roast beef. The gravy was good as well. Would highly recommend. We got the recommendation from a friend and will definitely come back when we are in the area. There buffalo wings were also delicious and the perfect flavor not to spicy. And last but not least the "burnt ends" were delicious and juicy as well. For the BBQ Sampler for Two we chose pulled pork, pulled chicken, ribs and brisket with garlic mash and Brussels sprouts! Familes and Food Allergies welcomedI have children with several food allergies and after speaking to Chef Chris for a few minutes, we knew he got it. The kitchen will take great precaution with preparing and serving your meal - they will keep your kids safe. Highly recommend the Chicken wings, Mac & Cheese eggrolls and Burnt end peices to start. This food was to dye for. So amazing I was in a food coma on my way home. We had the BBQ for two with spare ribs, short ribs, pulled pork, & BBQ chicken white meat. The sides we had was the corn soufflé OMG that soufflé, green beans and garlic mashed potatoes. Husband says he would take the 1 hour drive again. Bailey's Smokehouse is solid BBQ joint in NY. I'm always skeptical when I go out for BBQ, but Bailey's was a nice surprise in the BBQ options in the area. Basically, it's a family friendly bar/restaurant that specializes in all meats/foods from the grill/smoker.   We started off with the Bailey's nachos, which were your basic nachos. Our party sampled several of the menu options. The spare ribs were flavorful and cooked just right. I ordered a  1/2 rack, and was pleasantly surprised on how many bones Bailey's included in the half rack! The smoked  1/2 chicken was very good and had a nice balance of flavor and smoke. The BBQ sliders (1 of each-chicken, pork, & brisket) were loaded with meat and very tasty. In addition to the nice job they are doing with the smoker, several of the sides stood out.  The sweet potato fries (more like wedges) were the best I've ever eaten!!  Yes, they were that good! My family loves this place! The best smokehouse place around and for us it's a 30 minute drive, but so worth it. The staff is so friendly. It's always packed, so expect to wait.. but the food is worth it! We come here often especially when were in the mood for a good beer and bbq food. I have been here multiple times before - usually order the full rack of Spare Ribs with two sides. I am hooked on their corn souflett, it's literally to die for! Not to mention I travel over an hour from Jersey just to come eat here! Everything from the food to the service is just spot on. Today we actually ordered their wings for the first time (half teriyaki & half. whiskey bbq) and I think it was my favor part of our meal! Definitely will be adding the wings to my order from now on! The atmosphere is so loud but I get it it's a barAmazing for happy or a game to watch or a group of friendsBut don't go here looking to be able to chat with the person you are with at all! !!! Big fan of Bailey's Smokehouse. For over a year now I have looked forward to coming here once a week for trivia nights. It's one of those places you can quickly become a regular, to the point where the staff knows your drink order as soon as you sit down. I have eaten just about everything on the menu, which serves as both a blessing and a curse. A blessing because the BBQ at Bailey's is out of this world. A curse because I am craving a little bit more variety. They did recently expand their menu, however, to add some new sides (which I was very happy about). I will add that I fully understand that this restaurant is a no-frills BBQ joint and does not need an extensive menu to attract people in. The staff is always extremely pleasant and welcoming. What's to say about Bailys restaurant a little noisy at times but you go there for the food the food is some of the best served     if anyone goes to Biailys and says that they did not enjoy the food or wasn't plentiful take this person and put them away because they don't know what you're talking about Bailey's deserves the five star rating because they are one of the best around wishing them many years of success Thanking them.

This review is for  Baileys catering, but the restaurant and pub is equally great.  We had on site catering for 50 people in our yard.  Baileys come with a large barbecue and cooks all the food and serves it for you.  Everything was especially good, best barbecued chicken, ribs and the best brisket I ever had.  Plus they put up a tent at no additional charge and had to work during a terrible rain storm.  Kevin the chef had a great and happy attitude and made all our guests feel good in spite of the wet weather.  Baileys is the way to go for your next backyard barbecue! THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. Honestly one of, if not the best, smokehouse I've been to. Even though I did not get a traditional steak nor other traditional plate, it was amazing. I ordered the pulled pork burrito and the sauce with the onions and beans and all the good stuff really made the burrito. I will definitely be exploring their menu next time I am in the area. After a day full of fun and shopping, relied on trusty Yelp to help recommend a spot to eat. Once I stumbled across this smokehouse, I knew it was meant to be. Funny enough, I came here many years ago for a work event, while living in North Jersey. I didn't even realize until I drove up to the location.We ordered the smoked meat for two, choosing pulled pork, bbq chicken, brisket, ribs, with a side of mac & cheese and coleslaw.The meat was cooked to perfection, tasty and tender. A solid lunch spot and for casual dining. Meat is the focus here. One of the better places for Barbecue. Since smoked meat has become pretty much a commodity everywhere, its nice having a place in this part of the country.
