This morning around midnight I received startling news from a relative. He was being arrested. I had never been in a situation like this like ever. I didn't know what to do or who to call. I'm in a completely different city so I was unsure as to how I was even going to help him. I was told by a friend to call a bail bondsman. I've never dealt with a bail bondsman before. What am I supposed to say? What information will they need? What if I don't know all of the information? Will it cost me my unborn child?     I work in customer service and deal with vulnerable clients all the time so now being in such a vulnerable state I furthermore understand the need for patience, understanding, respect, and solutions.  That I did not get with the first company I called. In fact I felt like I imposed on the young mans night by even calling. His tone was very nonchalant and I sensed a  bit of impatience because to this I was a novice. I was ridiculed for not knowing all of my relatives information. My relative was judged because he had been arrested. He said in a nonchalant tone " he's not in yet call back later" made me feel super discouraged. I can't judge this man because this may be his personality and to him he probably felt like he was making me comfortable. It actually made me uneasy and ready to give up. This was my first impression of bail bondsmen "they don't care".      Because winners never quit and quitters never win and of course I'm too legit to quit! I google reviewed Bail2GO and OMG! Talk about exemplary customer service!!  So Jersey answers the phone I explain to him my situation and he immediately calms my insecurities and starts leading me towards solutions. My relative had not been booked as of yet and he explained the process to me. Once my relative had been booked he explained to me in detail everything he was going to do and why. He explained the next steps. He also was honest enough to let me know that I was important and although he was handling two cases at the moment he gave me a specific time frame of when he would be able to handle my case and gave me a task that would help him speed up the process.      I filled out the application on line submitted all documentation and payment and just like that it was complete. He texted me with updates on my relative to let me know how far along in the process the county jail was. He even offered advice. This man went well and beyond his obligations I felt. He was supposed to be off but took on my case and walked me trough everything from start around 12am up until my relative was released around 8:40a.m..I pray to God I will never have to use his services again however if you are looking for a genuine bail bondsmen who is trustworthy, honest, patient, respectful, and understanding Jersey at Bail2GO Sanford is your guy.
