What do you love most about your job?
Helping solve the puzzle that people present. As well as helping people achieve their goals to better health and wellness. Each client brings new challenges and successes that I love to get to see and help work through and celebrate.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love being independent and working for myself without the constraints or pressures of big box or boutique gyms. It also allows me not to be pushy with sales as I don't have to hit their weekly/monthly targets.

Because I strive to provide excellent support to my clients and ensure their safety while exercising - never pushing to the point of pain. And I ensure that our relationship is open and communicative so that we can more effectively reach their goals.
