What’s your signature dish?
Our Brisket and Pork Butts are smoked low and slow, Our fall off the Bone Ribs are smoke in the earlier part of the day. Our Chicken is marinated then smoked. We use Local meat suppliers, to ensure quality. Our sides are made fresh throughout the day.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
One on One consultation. We encourage our guest to come into the restaurant and sample our foods.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most is, I call the quest back after their event and make sure they are happy with our services. When my guest tells me they have left overs, I love to give them tips how to use the left overs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had franchised a bbq pit restaurant, and it was the worst ever experience. I believe in paying my employees well, and treating them as my equal.
Why should our clients choose you?
I work with the client and make sure that they are happy with what they are getting. We are there from delivery, to set up. We make sure everyone's dietary needs are met.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We clean and sanitize our facility several times a day. The last thing the crew does is spray sanitizer on all open surfaces to air dry overnight.

We offer buffet style catering. Full service catering. Individual box lunches. We have done Corporate Caterings, Weddings, Birthdays, Wakes, you name the event, we will be there!
