Backyard Barkers offers high-quality training in your home or virtually. We use positive reinforcement training methods only. To us, training is more than getting our dog to do what we say. It's the whole picture that's important to use. We believe that building a strong relationship with your dog is a key step in the training process.

Private training
We offer private training programs for basic obedience and manners, behavior modification, and for puppies. All programs are customized to you and your dog's specific needs.
Board and Train
Our board and train programs start at a week and go up to 4 weeks. These programs are custom to you and your dog's specific needs. Each program includes 2 private lessons after the board and train is over. This is so you can learn everything we did and how to continue the training.
Virtual training
Our virtual training is ideal for basic obedience, manners, and some problem behaviors. Some of the problems behaviors that can be resolved without virtual training are begging, barking, bolting, jumping, and counter surfing. Our virtual training is done all through Zoom and phone calls.
