Working in the health & wellness industry, I have always sought out wellness & medical practitioners who were like-minded in providing whole body wellness. When I found Gabe & Tiffany with Back To Nature Lifestyle Medicine, my body was in such a compromised state of health, it was shutting down. I have been impressed with Dr. Roberts skills in the Chiropractic field. I have really appreciated his knowledge of doing the necessary "muscle therapy" on my neck and shoulder area. Dr. Roberts saved me when no one else could. I use a wheelchair as a result of a spinal cord injury and, at the time of treatment, a broken hip prosthesis. I was virtually on the verge of not being able to function with my w/c due to severe pain in my shoulders, arms, neck..my whole upper body. The techniques he uses to treat pain were amazing!!! I was terrified I would lose my independence. After just the first treatment session I had significant results esp. in my shoulders.
Dr. Roberts, Tiffany and even their little baby girl, all radiated light and healing energy. The integrity of their approach to health and healing is hard to match. It is so refreshing to find this and to find it without any ego attached to it, only the desire to help and to invoke healing.
I will forever be grateful for finding a way to allow me to function when all else failed.

Came to Dr. Roberts in so much pain even walking was difficult. I cannot express in words how much he has changed not just my life, but my two boys' lives too. My 5 year old with ADHD is doing better maintaining his focus and controlling his wiggles at school. Before going to Gabe ******* I was told I had Hypothyroidism and was given Leventhyroxin. I took this pill for five years and continued to have problems that the docters said were all related to my thyroid but I didnt think it was. I suffered many years with Acid Reflux, sometimes so bad it was as if a hole was burning right though my chest. I saw numerous medical doctors, ran dozens of test, but all they did was prescribe medication. I even went through the TIF surgery. The pain never left. After an exam by Dr. Roberts he knew exactly what was causing the reflux. He treated the root cause of the problem, instead of just addressing the symptoms. Now, I am totally cured and no longer take medication. The acid reflux is 100% gone. I also learned Prilosec, Nexium, Tums, Rolaids, Gaviscon, etc. all cause damage and have serious side effects. I had given up on Western Medicine after seeing several "Specialists" due to many health issues. I just was not getting any better. I just started seeing Dr. Roberts a little more than 2 weeks ago. I had been having problems with my right shoulder, neck, and hips for a number of years. Last fall I went to see an occupational therapist for tendonitis in my right arm. I obtained some relief but nothing lasting. After 4 sessions with Dr. Roberts the pain in my shoulder and neck is practically gone.The techniques he uses are to help relieve the tightness in the muscles is unique and unlike any treatment I have ever received. Dr. Roberts takes the time to explain the techniques that he uses and makes sure that you understand what he is attempting to accomplish to alleviate muscle tightness. He thoroughly explains how the muscle groupings interact and he works with you to bring the muscles into their proper balance and function. This approach has alleviated the problems I have had for years in my upper back. Along with his gentle chiropractic adjustments to my spine, neck and upper back, my upper back, shoulder, and neck are practically pain free.Dr. Roberts has given me some exercises to do that have helped tremendously with my posture. As for my hips, through his chiropractic adjustments and muscle therapy my hamstrings have loosened up considerably. I kind of stumbled upon Dr. Roberts on accident, no pun intended! I was in a car wreck in July, causing a massive concussion, as well as exacerbating what were already significant back problems to begin with. I had never met Dr. Roberts, but he was taking over the clinic from a chiropractor a friend had recommended. I'm SO glad I stayed. I've tried chiropractic before, but I have never had such amazingly positive results. Not even Batman himself could have done better to improve my condition. I'm moving better every day, and I owe that to Dr. Roberts! He truly is one of the best in the business, and I cannot recommend him (and his amazing office staff) strongly enough. His fun, positive, and encouraging personality really make the difference in the treatment. Everyone in the office is kind and friendly. To put it simply...Dr. Roberts is the BEST. I've been to other chiropractors before, but none who did the muscle therapy. So, he suggested I try it and after a couple of weeks I felt so much better than before .Short Version of my story: In the beginning I was going to specialists for my numbness and headaches until I got fed up with all the testing. Now fast forward to Dr Roberts: He suggested muscle therapy might help. He was right! Who knew my muscles were causing most, if not all, of the problems? (aside from the obvious).
