The food was absolutely delicious!! I got a balsamic dill pita with fries and it was SO GOOD. So fresh and delicious. You need to eat their food! It took a while but it was WORTH it. We tried Back to Eden for the first time tonight. I had the balsamic chicken pita - it was delicious and I’m a super picky eater! It’s definitely in my top 3 favorite food truck entree items. My husband had the Asian faux nuggets & grilled chicken sandwich. He loved both! While I didn’t have any of the faux nuggets, I did get to taste some of the sauce on the fries and OMG is that stuff amazing! The fries are really good on their own too & I’m not usually a fan of that type of French fry. The chef & staff are so nice too! We’ll definitely be on the lookout for them in the future! More...

listen! I have never even been a fan of grits, one day at an event we were a part of, my husband went to grab us food from a few of the food trucks that were also at this event. He didn't know what I wanted so he got the shrimp & grits. when he comes back (been together 12 years) he says "babe I didn't know what you wanted so I got you shrimp & grits" and I was like 😡😡 WHAT!?! YOU KNOW I DON'T LIKE GRITS! Anyways long story short I looked at it, smelled it, ate it! 😍😍😍💕 and when I tell you I've been hooked! & I try to see where they are setting up so we can swing by to get the shrimp & grits. Not only that but the portion size is 100% worth every dollar. I can eat 1 shrimp & grits a few times because I get full fast. So delicious they know exactly what they doing in that kitchen. Any food truck event, I'll go to them Everytime over anybody else. 10/10 highly recommend! oh and the lavender lemonade is also amazing More...

Back to Eden set up their truck outside my work today and I spent 20 minutes waiting to eventually receive the best salad I’ve ever had in my entire life.
