What a joyful atmosphere! I was extremely impressed with the children’s music performances! The teachers also seemed to be very engaged with the children’s interests and talents. I’m definitely recommending! :)

Qualified instructors and staff at this facility. Scheduling a lesson is easy. Always get a reply withing 2 hours, when a question has been asked over the email. Bottom line, this place rocks.

I am an adult and I started taking piano lessons at B2Rock five years ago. I started from nothing since I had not studied music before. Now, thanks to the guidance of several fantastic teachers, I have had over the years, and to my effort, I am playing some nice pieces, and I can read music. I am very satisfied with my progress. Bach to Rock was great for my son's Fourth birthday party! The staff was awesome and helped with all the details, kids had a great time. The teachers and instructors are very talented. Bach2Rock is such a unique experience for kids who want to learn music, even more so if they want to join others in a band, which many are encouraged to do. They offer bands many opportunities to play during the course of the year in small venues. The Battle of the Bands is an all day event with different age categories from little ones to adults reliving their youth through music. My kids have taken lessons at the Gaithersburg location for almost eight years. Kids & Keys, Glee Club, private drum lessons, rock band, private saxophone lessons, summer camps. ..in every case the teachers were top notch! The experience for our family has been outstanding- why else would we last so long? The office staff has always been warm, professional and ready to help with schedule changes and routine questions or concerns. The instructors make learning music fun and have absolutely given my kids skills, techniques and a love of music that has followed them to their middle and high school music programs. Just had my son's 9th birthday party here. I cannot rave enough about HOW MUCH FUN IT WAS! All the kids loved it, as did the grown ups. The idea itself is clever; pick a kid friendly song, and somehow in 90 minutes the geniuses who work there teach the kids how to do the vocals and instruments, and then they make a professional recording. Each kid gets a goody bag that includes a copy of the CD!There is plenty of time at the end for pizza, cake, and then freeze music or some other musical games. It was really, really fun. As an added bonus, the staff is SO NICE! From the very nice young lady at the front desk to the two awesome young guys who patiently worked with the kids, everyone was very nice, fun, and exactly the type of people you want working with kids. I am an adult who has been taking classes at B2R in Bethesda for several years. I tried several disciplines and mainly voice lessons for about a year. The teachers are great, the people are very friendly, the prices are reasonable, the times are flexible and it's very close to my house. My son also took DJ classes there (Beat Refinery) some years ago and was also quite pleased. Once I was sad because a voice teacher that I loved left ... but the new one I got was also amazing, in a totally different way, and I felt truly blessed I had been with both. More...

My son Andrew have been a student for 5 years now since kindergarden. His piano teacher is Alex Appelbaum, who I have to credit as the cornerstone of Andrew's interest and growth. Along with B2R method of learning music through instructional and group bands, he has aspired to be an awesome keyboard player for the band he is in, the Nauseous Hippos. I was here this past weekend for a birthday party and my 3 year old son had a blast. The staff was friendly, professional, yet silly enough for the kids to have fun :) Although I live 40mins away, I would def consider a return visit. Bach to Rock, you ROCK!!!
