How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We will work together to modify your existing diet to start the weight loss process while learning the tips and tricks to build habits that will benefit your health for decades to come.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Less is More. The true secret to getting your body and health aligned is by mastering your day to day actions and habits. Working with me we will optimize everything from sleep, diet, workout programming, breathing and posture.
What do you love most about your job?
I believe we are here because of each other and for each other. If the idea is to do something for work that you would do for no money, I can't imagine a better way to spend my time than educating and assisting people in bettering their health today. I would do that for free for the rest of my life!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I struggled with health and weight loss my whole life. After finally navigating the sea of misinformation, conflicting views and all the snake-oil selling that goes on in health and fitness I decided It was time for a change.

With Virtual Training, we can work together from anywhere theres an internet connection using FaceTime, Zoom or any other face to face service.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I tell all of my clients to workout, take Vitamin D and get sunlight. COVID-19 is a variation of the flu, and just like the flu being in good health is your best safety defense against COVID-19 or any virus for that matter.
