It's very hard to find solid movers these days. After booking movers thru U-Haul and never receiving a response, I called B Line as a backup. Bobby was so helpful and gave me a fair deal for last minute moving help. They 2 guys who showed up were professional and fun to work with.The other movers I had booked charged my card and never showed up. Sadly, I've been hearing this is becoming a common thing. I hate to write this but I've to write it whats happens. I called thur an interpreter video relay to reach them. They did respond and I explain what we need something to move somehow he interpreted me, asked us how many bedrooms. I told him I'm not sure because it will a few and try to explain what it looks like then he hangs me up. Wow, I'm quite surprised he hang me up because I'm hearing impaired with an interpreter who called him for me. So, Do not trust this business because they do not respect disabled people.  I can't imagine how they would treat others like he did to me today recently 5-10 mins ago. Please I will not respond to this back when you write this for your exucse or want me to change this. it stays here. The day before moving day Bobby called to confirm and asked if we needed any help with last minute packing or last minute supplies! How sweet! On moving day David the team lead, Hawns, Moses, & Alex showed up right on time! They got right to work - and let me tell you... they were an ALL STAR TEAM! I'm high risk pregnant in my 3rd trimester & David made sure from the start that I had a place to sit and rest the entire time. The team was all smiles every time I saw them, perfect gentlemen & so professional! They had already been informed of "specialty/important items" that meant the most to us and they handled them with the utmost of care and caution. They were courteous, friendly, & helpful! I also have a 10 month old who was stuck in his high chair and getting cranky - David made sure to make funny sounds at my baby as he came in and out - my son LOVED HIM & went from crabby to laughing and loving his new buddy! At one point during the move we lost track of an item (clay molds of my sons baby feet) - I asked the team and Hawns assured me he knew where it was and would bring it right to me in perfect condition and that it was safely tucked away in the truck - I had explained that it was irreplaceable and so special to me - as soon as we got to the new house he tracked them down and brought it to me as promised. I was so happy! THANK YOU HAWNS! Moses & Alex were crazy hard workers & also super pleasant! They just didn't stop! They worked so good as a team and perfectly re assembled all our furniture!These guys are the REAL DEAL! I will never use any other company! Not a single item was broken, not a single ding or dent, we loved the team, & the price was SO fair! They were even sensitive to our dogs freaking out the entire time - and we're flexible to our dogs needs and made sure they got some time out of the kennels in a room they saved for last. Thrilled with this moving company. Robert was amazing to communicate with. He followed up phone calls and emails. I like that he would confirm all times. The movers that arrived were so respectful and hard working. They apologized for the 3 minute delay in their arrival ! That's attentive customer service. They worked hard and were very careful with our belongings. They worked in the heat and our family thanks them for their dedication. Our cost was "This will be done with three movers for $180/hr, plus a $50 service fee, with a two hour minimum. As long as the parameters of the move do not change, then no other charges will apply." I had a great experience with this company and will definitely use them for moves in the future. They were on time and communicative, efficient, and very kind. All of my furniture was wrapped and protected and they even maneuvered up 3 flights of stairs without so much as a ding on anything. So I have used this company previously and they were awesome. I called them again to move my home. They were moving my stuff from a 2 story home to a 2 story home. I did not have a lot of stuff, the normal bed for each room (4) and two sets of couches, washer/dryer, fridge. They were there 4.5 hours and did not move all my stuff. A couple of the guys complained how tired they were during the move. I provided waters and hydration supplements for them as it was over 100 degrees outside. I tried to be supportive and help as much as possible.  they couldn't fit all of my things on their truck and would have to make 2 trips. It took them so long that I told them I would move the rest of my stuff (patio furniture, exercise bike, and some shelves in my garage). They still charged me full price. When I called to ask about timing and price the owner was not very understanding and hung upon me. I definitely won't be using them again. I know they have a bunch of 5 star ratings, which is confusing to me after my experience. More...

Years ago I used B-Line movers to do a local move.  I was very impressed - but anyone can have a good day right ?I decided to give them a try again this week. This time I was planning a cross country move and felt a little uncertain of the long distance company that I had hired.  Because of this uncertainty; I hired B-Line to come "stage" the home to get everything ready for the long distance company to load the next day.Rhain and Morgan called ahead as promised and then arrived just on time! Both men were polite and treated my items as if they meant as much to them as they do to me. Everything was packed with blankets and wrapped with plastic wrap. They even showed me how to wrap the things myself that I wanted left out for the next day. They then went above and beyond and measured an area in my garage that matched the exact area that I was  allocated in the moving truck the next day... They staged all of my items in that measured area... Reassuring me that the long-distance moving company would not have to leave any of my items behind.This company is literally worth twice what they change and they are one of the things I am sorry to leave behind in Arizona More...

B-Line Movers was very accommodating. We had to reschedule our move a couple times and they were able to fit us in. Thank and Dave were our movers and they didn't waste any time or run up the clock.
