Free Coaching Intro Call
Intro calls generally last 15-30 minutes, and are a great way to see if we’re a good fit, go over your goals/what brings you to coaching, get your questions answered, learn more about how I work, and more!
Life Coaching
One-on-one life coaching sessions usually take place once a week online and are 50 minutes long. All our work is centered around your goals and values, and you are not bound to a contract of any length.
Conscious Leadership Coaching
Leaders who are passionate about taking business to new, conscious heights benefit from these focused one-on-one 50-minute sessions to home in on growth edges, explore values and systems, and more.
