This was a great hotel. It has a gorgeous lobby. The beds are comfy. It has wonderful tea and coffee complimentary in the AM. This hotel is surrounded by the cutest little shopping and dining area Brick streets are dotted w low buildings- keeping a view of the ocean. We came across One Ocean after trying to decide if we wanted to go to Atlantic Beach or St Simons Island. I am so happy with we came to Atlantic Beach and stayed at One Ocean. Atlantic Beach it's self has so much to offer from shopping, restaurant and so much more! Best part it's walking distance from the Hotel. Our favorite part of our stay was the access we had to the beach, when you go down to the beach you have access to beach chairs and umbrellas! We went in September and had the beach mostly to our selfs! One Ocean has a lot of amenities (Spa, Pool, and Restaurant) i highly recommend Ocean One! More...

This is a 4 star hotel that book a party of 6 for a limo antiono hunter for superior limo gave us the run around demanding cash payment when its booked through the 4 star hotel. What 4 star hotel in the world put the limo on your room tab or except a credit card for payment who demands 600 cash at 2am? Very embarrassing and distasteful!!!! I visited One Ocean last week on a whim. The staff was so friendly and helpful in my time of need. I spent my afternoon outside where they served food and drinks. The area is beautiful and right on the ocean. It's so relaxing. The staff at the lounge were attentive and helpful the whole time I was there. Wonderful hotel! My husband and I had a hotel block for our wedding weekend at One Ocean. We filled around 50 rooms at the hotel. Everyone working at the hotel went above and beyond to be accommodating. The customer service was exceptional. All of our guests were very pleased with their stay. I'm a Jacksonville Native & I would ABSOLUTELY like to suggest this place for an Anniversary or Romantic Night out!!(Even though we have our Toddler here, we still love it! !! ) Absolutely beautiful here!!! Love the special card & chocolates, snacks, & drinks they had for us in the room. All the little special touches were so nice!!! We had a problem at check in so they offered to discount the room & gave us a free upgrade to a corner balcony room THEN we go to check out this morning & we were offered this same room again for another night because of our troubles !!!! I could not believe it!!!!!! I love when businesses/hotels know how to treat their customers!!! They made everything they went wrong, RIGHT!!! And that's all I personally ask for is, customer service. I have lived in Jacksonville my entire life, this is hands down the BEST Oceanfront Resort on Atlantic Beach!!!! Seriously, I would give this Resort 11********** STARS if I could!!! Absolutely exceeding my expectations & will definitely be returning!!! The snacks, the drinks, it was just amazing!! PERSONALLY would like to thank Deborah, Jake, & Mary for taking a bad experience & making it AWESOME!! We spent the week of the 4th and had a wonderful time! Having coffee and tea delivered every morning was wonderful. Unlimited snacks, access to chairs and umbrella on the beach, and access to bikes to ride around on. There is a resort fee, but it covers all of this so found it worth it.
