Coming to therapy may be scary, especially if this is your first time or had a bad experience. I have a passion not only to help but also to listen to individuals, couples and families. However, I am especially passionate about helping women of color both adults and teenagers (13+) address life's challenges such as anxiety, depression, school issues, divorce, relationships, families, and work-life balance.
