Oscar and his team were wonderful.  Oscar measured and ordered the  blinds of our choosing.  During the first year the fabric on the valances started to peel off.  I called the office and they promptly sent someone out to fix the situation.  The tech quickly learned that the problem needed more than merely reattaching the fabric.  They ordered all new valances which are now perfect.  I will definitely use Aztec Blinds again!! I bought blinds at Aztec. I love the Blinds and the staff. I also was not sure about what kind of blinds I wanted and they where Helpful in deciding what I may like after I explained what my needs where. I also purchased a blind for one window I was not sure I was going to like, but It turned out great and they assured me if I didn't like it they would work with me to make it right. We are very pleased with our new blinds. Aztec does a great job all around: customer service, product available, and installation. This is the second purchase and installation of roller blinds. The first was for the master bedroom sliding glass door and this is for the family room sliding glass door and windows. They are floor to ceiling and 12 feet wide. Leo was a delight in helping us select the best product for our needs, Alberto did a beautiful job in installation, and Roberta was so helpful in getting us scheduled. I checked at Yelp for someone who was highly recommended for cellular shade installations, wrote down the phone numbers and called two, leaving a message.  Casey called me back almost immediately and was in my home measuring within a few hours.  I liked his professionalism and his product, I knew what I was looking for, so my order went in that afternoon.  When the cellular shades arrived for our two large windows, he came to install them, done quickly and efficiently, taking down the old cellular shades taking them away as well.  So far they are working and looking as hoped and expected.  I chose the automatic so I just press a button to open or close them. I got kitchen and living room cellular blinds from Aztec over the summer. I bid the job across a lot of different companies and Aztec was very competitive and had the right color and style of cellular blind for me. Ordering was easy and the blinds were delivered and installed on time. They look great. We had obtained many estimates for our particular job. Aztec came in slightly lower than the rest, but the biggest reason we chose them is because of the great customer service. Oscar, the owner, came to our home with samples and pricing down to the penny. We just recently remodeled our kitchen and needed to get blinds. We contacted 3 companies to get estimates. Sadly one of the companies was "Too Busy" to even talk to us, one company was horribly over priced. When we called Aztec they were very friendly and willing to help us. Completely forgot to review Aztec for the job they did installing blinds and shades throughout my home. We had no window coverings at all on our 7 windows and Oscar was responsive, patient and helpful as I took my sweet time to decide which type of coverings to place on which windows. We also have a couple windows with very strange dimensions and everything turned out perfectly. We had a problem with one blind not staying up on one side and Oscar came the day we called and fixed it right away, and it has not been a problem since (8 months ago). Oscar is the best! We moved into a new house that had very few window coverings. We wanted plantation shutters and I went to Yelp to help me find a few companies to get pricing from. And again, Yelp didn't let us down!He arrived at our new house, was done with measurements in what felt like 2 minutes, got out his laptop, worked up the quote, printed it out (my husband still talks about the portable printer), gave us the warranty info, explained the process and if we had any questions he was a phone call away.
