My experience of yoga and study of the ancient healing system of Ayurveda lead me to Archana. I was seeking help after a personal trauma and went through the entire Panchakarma program with excellent results. Archana prescribed an anti-inflammatory diet and herbs as well as a series of treatments. This relieved my stress substantially. I would highly recommend this place for Ayurvedic treatment and massages. I was having lower back pain issues and tried so many different treatments from various places but nothing worked. Dr. Archana helped me with massages and kati basthi treatment my lower back pain has competed healed. I can't thank enough to Dr. Archana for helping me out.
