What do you love most about your job?
My mission, and that of AsBC, is to proudly serve the SOHO and SMB markets by helping them reach their goals and succeed in their respective industries. Small businesses make up the majority of employers in the US, providing them with valuable benefits and often giving back to their communities. So our goal is to keep them in business as long as possible, and that is the greatest reward we can hope for.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Small Businesses shouldn't fail simply because they don't know how to manage their business from an administrative point of view. A successful business is relied upon by the community. In turn, we should do all we can to support them.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am not a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed and bound by my state. While this means that I can't represent you in Tax Court, it also means I don't have to charge you extra for that title. As a Professional Bookkeeper and Tax Preparer, I can provide all of the same day-to-day operational support at much more affordable prices. I am also not locked down to "business hours" and do not bill hourly or work on commission. Instead, I offer a Free Consultation with no obligation, a monthly flat fee, huge savings when compared to the cost of hiring a full-time/part-time Bookeeper, and over 27 years of experience.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Fully Remote Service Available. AsBC has fully embraced cloud-based computing and e-signature technology to limit contact and increase accessibility. AsBC also now assists with applications for the Payment Protection Program (PPP) and Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) administered by the Small Business Administration (SBA).
