What do you love most about your job?
I love the interaction with not only the client, but building the rapport with the other staff and residents of the areas where we provide our services. Since we specialize in customer service, it's important that not only the owners of this company communicate with staff and residents, but our personnel and staff carry that same motto while on the clock.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I previously worked for a security company and after observing the lack in management and organization, I felt it was time to show that I could provide a better setting and comfort to my clients. This meant my staff would perform at a much higher level of professionalism, and would be trained more accurately in how to deal with spontaneous decision making, in order to maintain the safety, security and good-working order of the locations in which we provided security services.

We are polite, professional, certified in First Aid/CPR, and respected by our staff, because we ensure they are trained in fully understanding the needs that our clients pay for in the services we provide.
