Jessica always checked in with me to see if I needed anything or had an questions during the planning process. I didn't know what to expect during the planning process and I'm glad Jessica was a text/call/email away. During this process guidance and expertise was key! After hiring Jessica, COVID took our wedding through a roller coaster of changes. We started at an 80 person event with the reception at a local restaurant, to a backyard wedding for 80, to a backyard ceremony and catered dinner for 17 (reception delayed a a year). Despite all of these changes, Jessica was there to help guide me through making the modifications. I was not your typical bride who has been dreaming of her wedding her whole life and researching every detail. My lack of knowledge was perfectly complimented by Jessica's expertise. She drew my attention to things that needed to be handled that I would have never thought of myself. Her response time is also out of this world (texting back within minutes).In addition to all the support before the big day, Jessica did a wonderful job on the day of. Stuff went wrong (as it always does) and Jessica handled it so seamlessly, I didn't hear about the hiccups until days after the wedding. She very much helped make our wedding day perfect. If you are planning a wedding, please do yourself favor and hire Jessica and her amazing team! We hired Jessica in early 2020 (pre-covid) as our Day of Coordinator for our wedding in November 2020. I knew from our very first phone call that I wanted to hire her. Our flawless wedding day -- in the fall of 2020 I must add -- was proof that hiring Jessica and her team was the very best wedding decision we made! Planning in the middle of the pandemic (and choosing to continue pressing on with our plans) was not an easy decision. There were so many curveballs, so many changes throughout the course of our planning, drastic budget cuts, even more drastic guest list cuts, 2 venue changes... including a venue change literally 2 days before the event... it was absolutely crazy... but our wedding day went off without a hitch and was absolutely perfect! Due to our last minute venue change, I scrambled to finish much of the setup and decor the night before. Jessica and her team came in to save the day, finished all of the last minute details like finalizing my florals, table decor, and even created the most beautiful floral design on my arch. (It was seriously even better than the Pinterest photos I found and showed as a sample.) My groom and I both agree that Jessica's guidance, her can-do attitude, and her willingness to help you solve problems will prove to be an asset for your wedding day!! And she isn't the only one. Her team of wonderful staff including her husband, The Chef, handled all of our catering and service needs -- from helping to plan a menu (even when I changed my mind 100 times), to preparing all of the food and drinks served, executing a delicious taco buffet, a beautiful dessert bar, as well as an open bar with a bartender and servers. The staff went out of their way to make sure we felt like royalty all night, and we were always with a drink in hand I might add! Their service is truly top notch, the food is outstanding, the margaritas and lemon drops the bartender made were loved by all our guests, and I am not exaggerating when I say everything was PERFECT! Throughout the entire planning process (and a crazy year!!), I truly felt like Jessica was my advocate -- taking my phone calls, answering my questions, responding to emails and texts literally within minutes -- she truly loves what she does and it shows. Jessica and her team are without question the best option for events and private dining in the desert.  From the communication and planning to the execution, everything was impeccable.   Jessica is responsive, professional and friendly.  The quality of the food was far and away the best we've had in the desert in our 20 years of vacationing there.   Scott, the head chef, was able to cater to the most discerning foodies as well as our young children with ease.  His food is excellent!  The level of service was commensurate with a five-star luxury hotel - the event staff was super attentive and respectful.  Given current conditions, Jessica and her team were very respectful of Covid-19 precautions and used all preventative measures, including PPE, without request.  Our entire group felt safe and pampered at the same time.  We absolutely loved every meal and will use Jessica's team every time we come to the desert regardless of whether restaurants are open for indoor or outdoor dining.  If you are considering hiring a private chef or an event planner, look no further. Jessica works magic! She saved the day when a previously arranged personal chef canceled at the last minute. We scheduled dinner delivery for 3 nights at a vacation home in La Quinta, along with a server to handle set up, happy hour & clean up. Over the 3 days, the server Darryl became a friend. Jessica and her team just catered & helped to coordinate my husband's 30th birthday party and we were blown away by the level of service and attention to detail on the day. Jessica's communication in the lead up to the event was outstanding and she helped to ensure the event was going to run seamlessly. The service staff were incredible - special shoutout to Jules who went above and beyond to cater to all our needs on the day. Jessica and her team are absolutely AMAZING!!! We celebrated my husband's 60th birthday in La Quinta over Labor Day weekend and Jessica created 3 awesome dinners for us. It made the weekend so relaxing and so much fun because we didn't have to worry about making dinners for our large group of 18. Jessica and her husband Scott were so nice and so easy to work with and all of the food was so delicious! For two of the dinners ( Tacos and BBQ- both yummy!) they brought everything and prepared the food buffet style. The presentation of the food was wonderful! Jessica also planned an incredible birthday dinner for my husband. It was such a special night! First Darryl the bartender served drinks to our family by the pool and then they started the evening at sunset with tray passed appetizers. We were then treated to a wonderful Italian dinner made by her husband Scott that was served to us at a large dining room table which was beautifully set. Jessica coordinated our small family wedding on 9/12/20 in Palm Desert.  She was a lifesaver from the very first communication, to her leaving the house we stayed at spotless when she left! She helped me with things I didn't even realize I needed help with, making amazing suggestions along the way and paying attention to every last detail. She has an amazing eye for detail and came to our place the day before and quickly determined where would be the best spots to do everything, timing, etc. The food was unbelievable... truly amazing! It felt like she was just part of our family. She also scoped out our location and when we told her we were worried that the outdoor area might be too dark she showed up the next day with the coolest lights and candles. She totally coordinated our ceremony... arranged seating and helped us figure out how the evening should flow. The day of the wedding she texted us multiple times asking if we needed anything at all. She went to the grocery store to pick up extra margarita mix and ice... she was available to do whatever we needed! My 11 year old daughter made our wedding cake and when Jessica and Scott got to our location she jumped right in to help her and start cleaning up the kitchen, help my daughter frost her cake, etc. She brought me a glass of wine when I was getting ready, helped with every detail, jumped in to assist the photographers, brought a cake cutting set, etc. I could go on and on. Jessica sent over a two person team for a small 21st birthday party we had for our son, and it was such a blessing to have had 2 great staff members in John and Jules! They both just took charge and knew exactly what to do from bbqing, plating, serving, setting the tables, cutting the cake and cleaning was all perfect! Jessica and her husband Scott were wonderful to work with. They helped with a private dinner for our stay in Palm Springs this past weekend. Our bartender Darrell arrived early and was amazing! Everyone loved him, he went above and beyond to take care of all of us, I cannot say anything bad about him. Chef Scott and sous chef Jeff arrived a bit later and got straight to work on dinner. Jessica and her  husband are  wonderful, they are doing a event for 6 people and my husband is helping them out, not only we are so fortunate to work with them ( they are making this happen 7 days a week) while most of the world is home during this virus, they have created a safe environment, I have been so blessed to try a variety of their meals, and everyone of them was superb, if you had to cancel a event with her, around this virus, please book her again and tell all your friends. My partner and I have about 8 dinner parties each season/we have 8 people at our parties/we start with appetizers and champagne on the patio, then move in for dinner and dessert/we always have a server to help us because, otherwise. I would spend all my time serving and no time with guests/prior to discovering Awesome Events by Jessica, we &#34;relied&#34; on a haphazard list of servers that were NOT reliable and not that skilled/the two servers we&#39;ve used from Awesome Events by Jessica are completely reliable/they come when they say they are going to come, and that&#39;s wonderful/of course, they need to be more than reliable, they need to have a great attitude, be super-attentive, and have great serving skills/both of these servers are that, and so much more/they are also super-nice/finally, with Jessica, arranging service and paying for it is SO EASY/she is also super-communicative, gets back to us with lightning speed, contacts us the day before our event, etc./she is also incredibly pleasant and skilled, just like her staff/can&#39;t say enough about Jessica and Awesome Events by Jessica/run, don&#39;t walk, to call her More...

Jessica went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely perfect! She was available in the months leading up to our wedding to answer any questions we had. She worked amazingly well with the ACE hotel in Palm Springs and had many contacts in the industry. She is confident in her skills, as she should be. Jessica helped us with my daughter&#39;s wedding and our day-after brunch.  She is a resource of information and helped us when we had questions about the planning process or to point us in the direction of a caterer, florist, bakery, etc.  The day of the wedding Jessica really shined bright.  Taking care of everything we could possibly need - and more.  The wedding went off perfectly.  Jessica has so much energy and it is needed for what she does.  Setting up the venue - decorating it, getting everything that is required for a wedding and putting it all together.  She was wonderful.  After the wedding, she cleaned everything up and brought it to my house for storage.  The next day, she arrived on time with her crew and basically took over getting all the food out, setting up the left-over flower arrangements, etc.  I didn&#39;t have to worry about a thing.  And, about 15 minutes or so before the party started, she and her crew came in with mimosas for us and told us to just relax - she had it all covered.  And she did.  Thank you so much Jessica!!!!  Next time we have a party, I know whom I&#39;ll be calling. Several years ago, Awesome Events by Jessica, came to my rescue when I needed help with an unexpected neighborhood party. It was a very busy time in the season but Jessica immediately responded to my request for food, servers and a bartender . We were so pleased and impressed with the punctuality, professionalism, experience and friendliness of Jessica and her staff! They did a great job preparing the food and bar, serving the guests plus everything was cleaned and put away by the end of the evening. <br><br>This year we referred Awesome Events by Jessica to three of our friends<br>for large parties that they were hosting and all were very pleased with the services they received from Jessica.<br><br>I have now used Jessica for several 50-70 guest parties at our home over the past two years and it has been so nice to be able to socialize with our guests rather then having to supervise the catering staff! Jessica helped to plan and manage my wedding this March 14, 2020. Despite being extremely busy with cancellations due to the Covid-19 shut down, Jessica kept a positive attitude and continued to reassure me that the wedding would still go off! The actual wedding day was amazing and I relied heavily on Jessica and her team&#39;s expertise for decorating, set up, and tear down of the outdoor park venue. Not only did Jessica manage the staff but she herself always made sure to check in throughout the wedding with myself and my new husband. To make sure we were ok and had everything we needed. New to Palm Springs we fortunately found Jessica and she has now given us four exceptional events that other neighbors and friends have subsequently enjoined! Ours have been under 35 people. Darell has served as the Captain of each party and if you ever need a party with one or two servers omg ASK for him. Two 50th party's, a neighborhood get together party and Thanksgiving! After being at our parties friends have had a disco party and a memorial event. Scott was an amazing chef to have for our brunch. With 50-60 people wandering into the kitchen at various times, Scott was the consummate professional and pleased the entire group. He was easy to work with, personable, a master chef, kept an eye on the food, timed the passed hors d"oeuvres . .. and then cleaned up.
