What do you love most about your job?
I love connecting with people who want to make positive change in their lives. There's an really grateful exchange that happens which really lights me up and gets me out of bed in the morning.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Seeing struggle in my life and deciding to make a positive change that I can share :). I have been tutoring since high school and coaching since I learned about the power of personal development over the last 5 years.
Why should our clients choose you?
I focus on building the client's resources, options and gaining a fresh perspective. The point of my service is to have my client's feeling more confident and stronger within their own decision making. We take a look at the emotional and mental blocks stalling your creative progress and I help you to reframe that pain into something more empowering. I am holding space for my client to process while assisting them reframe their own perspective if a direct to change a negative situation to positive.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Remotely is the best way for me to connect at first. After some time I am open to in-person work if it is absolutely necessary.

This service is pretty simple. If you have some anxiety or stressors that feel like they are taking over your life, I can help you see through them. It does not matter how big or small the issue is to you, just know that I will help you out of that space. I will give you more options and perspectives to shift into decision making mode vs analysis paralysis. I ask Socratic Questions that will get you to think differently and have tested this style of questioning for 20+ years.

I am a CPD Certified Life Coach and Master Reiki Practitioner.
1 Month Transformational Program
This program is 1 month intensive transformational program. I created this program from my own experience and pulled myself out of deep emotional sinkholes. In this program, we cover Identity & Creative Center, Shadow Work & Detachments and Addiction Reprogramming. I only coach and teach from my personal experience of what has been successful. My results are only as good as your drive to change within yourself.
