If you are looking to trim up, strengthen your body as a whole Marissa is your gal. She will get you there. I was originally looking to loss the extra pounds and realized that it goes beyond the pounds, but strengthening your core and building some muscle to be successful and in just four weeks, with Marissa's patience, direct knowledge and compassion for what she does, I have gotten to my goal one and in the process I am a much stronger person who can now keep up with my 8 & 9 yr old kids. It may seem like it is not working, but Rome wasn't built in a day and we don't get out of shape in a day, so it will take more than that to get healthy, strong and reach the goal you have set. If you just follow her meal plans and make your sessions, I am here to tell you it works and if this old 49 yr old hormone mess can do it, anyone can. She has great knowledge and helpful in getting you to the folks that can help with whatever else comes along the way. I highly recommend Marissa at AwareFit. Thanks Marissa and I look forward to continuing my journey. This is way better than the intimidating gym scene and you are oh so patient and not a drill sergeant, yet making me accountable for my choices. More...

Aware Fitness is comprehensive offering physical training, diet, and supplement plans. Marissa supplies her clients with the knowledge to make lifestyle changes, but also the encouragement and mental preparedness to overcome those inevitable roadblocks. She draws on her experience to make deep, personal connections and relate to each client's struggles. Marissa has tailored a meal and fitness plan to my needs and that fits my busy and chaotic life. Services

With one on one sessions you will receive custom workouts that will effectively put you on target to meet your goals. Fitness, rehab, strength, whatever it may be. All plans come with custom nutrition as well.

After a consultation with me, we will put together a custom plan for your workouts and nutrition. Only need one of the two? No problem!

Check ins will be done weekly to monthly to check your progress and maintain accountability.

Workouts and meal plans will be adjusted as needed as well to insure steady progress.

Small group training allows for a more fun feel for those who do not want to go at their fitness journey alone.

Small group will allow for a max of 8 people at one time to maintain high quality instruction and efficiency.
