I found this studio on my last visit to Sedona. What a special place. The teachings are real. After my first class, I went everyday while I was visiting. I loved the Vagini yoga. You can feel the soul of this studio the moment you walk into the beautiful space. LOVE all of the teachers here, each class I took was well taught, with wonderful flows/helpful info, and the owner, Mally, is a gem of a human being. If you can, DEFINITELY go to the crystal bowl sound healing session on Sundays - relaxing, restorative and just magical! Highly recommend this studio for another level of the Sedona experience!
