I have been there often and I recommend the salt room and healing bowl session but there is a new add and that is the reiki healing by Hope Cuesta. she is amazing. not only did she make me feel comfortable in this new experience but she let me get in tune with my chakras. It’s a private session in a salt room while relaxing in a heated recliner covered by a cozy blanket. I was greeted by Donika, most welcoming and knowledgeable, who made sure I was comfortable and everything was to my liking- temperature, music, etc before i was able to indulge into my own world and enjoy the moment. They have many holistic and natural healing, and other alternative services. They have sound bowl therapy, healing Qigong, reiki, etc. They also have a very nice retail shop with sound bowl, flutes, crystals and other treasures. I have taken Tai Chi and Chi Kung classes there and I have attended the Sunday night sound therapy sessions - today I came for a massage with Ellie, I've been going to Ellie for almost a year now, and I plan to continue. Awakening Into Wellness is unique, and always has something interesting going on.
